Starbucks Sylvia Park is always busy, queue is a winding road but service is always great. We went there for a takeaway, it never fails us.

Good customer service . Sylvia Park is very busy so be prepared to wait. Coffee was alright but still trying to find the right Starbucks taste. Almond Muffins was good. There are better coffee places to go in Sylvia Park try them.

Love this place. Sometimes there's a wait but it's a bizzy place so understandable.

I mean, it's a Starbucks. It's the Bunnings of Beverage Brewers. It's the Subway of Sipping Sensations. It's the Costco of Coffee Carts. It's clean, unvarying, and full of students. The only difference with this particular site is one of the staff members who calls EVERYONE "hun", no matter their station, and the other who looks like they'd rather work at Kmart across the corridor (which is saying something). If you're expecting high-falutin', exquisitely-blended, hand-drawn, bespoke-roasted coffee bean bliss, you're barking up the wrong tree, mate. If you want a fancy-pants hot drink with more whipped cream and syrup than any human could ever calorically need, you're golden.

Coffee was good. But too noisy sat in the car. Too small space at sylvia, right by the entrance, people trying to queue and people with pushchairs and mobility scooters trying to out. You must make a small fortune why not get bigger premises. I will not go again.

We are regular flat white drinker from cafes in Auckland and other places around NZ. This afternoon we ordered 2 flat white from this branch in Sylvia park and it was just horrible. We ordered Tall size which is not the big one and it was very bitter and leaving terrible taste in our mouths. We wasted like around $11 for this. Unlike other cafes when we had flat white which always taste smooth and balanced. Wish we could get a refund as it wasn't very nice experience 😕 Update: Manager sent me reply for my feedback and gave next drink free. Thanks Starbucks for listening to all feedback good and bad.

I have been a everyday regular of Sylvia Park for the last 3 years, since the Botony store closed. The staff are always friendly and helpful to both their regulars like me, and normal Sylvia Park customers. Even when they have to deal with big queues, they always do so in a friendly and efficient manner. The bottom line however, is day in and day out, their coffee is consistently awesome.

On 26 July 2020, my super rich girlfriend treated me “Fantasy Tail Frappuccino”. There was a significant difference between the advertisement and real drinks. Where are the blue dressing Starbuck you MF liar??? I was not that angry as my girl paid the bill, OMG, it was nice to find a sugar mum, if not considering my girlfriend is 25 years older than I.

I'm actually rating Sylvia Park 3&1/2 stars. It's always a hit and miss with Sylvia, came in this morning just after 10am, ordered my usual, found out the coffee was burnt which is why it tasted bitter didn't end up finishing my venti white mocha. Really disappointed Sylvia. I usually let things go but it's been done too many times, rarely I get what I ask for, next time I will ask for a replacement if it doesn't taste good. Service is awesome btw just the my drinks aren't made well usually :) Thanks :)
