H.The shop is convenient since it's close to the bus station, sometimes hustle and bustle. The service is pretty nice with staff always kindly listen to your order and try to make everything right. In peak time you need to queue and wait which make the shop snaller when people are crowded inside. Otherwise it's good to have a quick drink if you wanna want mild taste of coffee and options of coffee arts in fashion.

D.Despite its.very small size this is the best Starbucks in Auckland! Great atmosphere, always very clean, and staff are very efficient and friendly even when it gets super busy.
D.The two staff members on duty were incredible sweet and efficient when making my drink. The place was clean and tidy and they made me the best Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold brew I've ever had. Definitely my favourite Starbucks branch in Auckland!!
T.Always the best tasting cold brew out of all the other Starbucks stores, and a super friendly team! I have a strange name and have to spell it out to baristas. Though they do get it wrong sometimes based on it being a loud environment, they get it correct most of the time, and I even had an employee go out of her way to ask how to pronounce my name when she handed me my drink. This is awesome as it shows that she is prepared to go out of her way with her customer service. Unfortunately I was unable to catch her name, otherwise I would call the store and make a customer compliment about her.

S.Service is always nice even in busy hours, but as pedestrian goings through this cafe I'm annoyed by outdoor area, too crowded on the street.
F.Very nice, friendly and cozy coffee place PreCOViD however their new business approach after this second COVID outbreak does not looks customer friendly. They should allow on spot payment method like pay wave rather then reach for coffee then connect and order online it’s too much time consuming and if you haven’t device with you then no other way to order
L.Love this Starbucks! So convenient and close to uni, so definitely a regular here. The staff are super friendly and their coffee always tastes good and the same. Not like other Starbucks or cafes where the coffee tastes different each day.

Super convenient, being one of the only coffee shops with long hours (particularly during uni holiday/summer when campus cafes close at 3). As far as actual quality goes, coffee is average as are the light bites. Interior is dated and a bit run down. Always pretty busy though. No payWave!
W.I have a leg infection, and that's the only reason I'm not up at Starbucks. Me and my girlfriend love this location and staff, great people that make excellent drinks. Much love!
G.One of my favorite places in this area. I've been here for dinner before but this time I came here for lunch. The choices on the menu are excellent and moderately priced. I ordered the House Wasabi Noodles with Pork. Noodles were perfectly cooked and the pork was juicy, tender. and nicely seared on the outside. The dish had the right balance of sweet and spicy flavors.
The service was good as one would expect from a upscale restaurant. Definitely worth a try if you're in the neighborhood.
A.Great customer service but the taste of my coffee isn't very consistent. Some days it's amazing and some days my coffee tastes like they've given me the wrong drink.. I'll still keep coming but I would appreciate some consistency pretty please :)
L.Coffee was good and staff helpful and attentive. It's been a while since I tried a Starbucks and this one is right on sky bus stop 8 from the airport where I got off for Auckland uni. The best thing though.. best left for last ... was the banana loaf. Perfect, and in a paper wrapper. No plastic in sight.

S.Just another Starbucks. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it either. A little short on seating for how busy it is, and very short on electric outlets, but friendly and quick staff. Good for a quick fix, but not one of the ones you'd want to lounge around for hours in.
A.Nice cosy shop in Symonds St in the University precinct. We had a hot chocolate and cold Frappuccino. Price is on the higher side. But service good. I would love to see Starbucks getting rid of the plastics
B.Shop is relatively small compared to other Starbucks so often the waiting line will be dragged till the outside of the store. There are a few outside seatings. Overall it is a cosy place especially for your morning coffee.
L.Not the best Starbucks cafe I've seen. Tables were dirty, and very few power plugs and the AC was too cold, I was freezing in there. But good wifi and you get a discount when you bring your own cup :)
M.It's a Starbucks! So pretty much what you would expect. But it has large north east-facing windows and no shades, so on a sunny morning it gets very hot when sitting at any of the tables by the windows. Get some shades! (Or use them, if they are in place but hidden.)

My favorite was the ribeye and the unagi. I really love when Asians cook European style food. Someone about that particular fusion makes for a really great meal.

A.An American in Auckland, New Zealand looking for a small taste of home. I stumbled into this coffee shop after eating lunch at Pita Pit. The cafe food selections aren’t the same as they back home the selection is actually try vast and visually appealing to the eyes. We ordered two gingerbread cookies for my littles and a venti ice tea for my husband. Since they don’t have tea refreshers, sizes over venti, nor do they use the Starbucks app as a form of payment. Mind blown! Cute, cozy coffee shop the staff were very laid back and chatty with my littles overall a great experience and would recommend, definitely child friendly.

J.This Starbucks saved my life. Once upon a time, (5years ago) we have arrived to Auckland, and I had terrible sick caused by airplane food. This small restaurant gave me asylium, while my girlfriend was searching for some hostel for us. I was unable to walk, unable to stay, I only occupied the small bathroom there.
Thank You so much, You little StarBucks, You helped me to stay alive on very very bad beginning of the most beautiful trip in my life - trip around New Zealand.
