Food was fantastic. Staff were lovely and friendly. I met friends for breakfast but it was nice to see a few business meetings held too. Lots of nearby parking.

Once again, the staff, Cooks and service here from these guys is exceptional. Had the Chefs Special Scotch Fillet with chips and garden salad 🥗 mushroom sauce optional and steak was cooked to perfection. WOW love coming here. My favourite place.

Great location, good menu to choose from and friendly staff.

Fast and friendly breakfast service. We Ordered the eggs bene and mushroom on ciabatta and coffees. Both dish were good and delicious. The poached eggs were perfect. Serving size is decent for the price. I want to give special mention to Nick who served our table, he was warm, friendly and gave exceptional service from beginning to end.

Absolutely tasty food, made to perfection and most importantly great customer service by Nick he was very friendly full filled our needs and had a lovely smile. Thank you so much to the team at coffee club botany junction you guys never disappoint us 😁

I had the Egg Benedict on potatoe rosti, this was gluten free. Absolutely delicious! The staff were wonderful and very helpful. Will definitely go back when up in the area. Highly recommend

Okish as compared to other coffee club franchises. The prices seem on the topmost end, whilst service and coffee are mediocre. A cafe next door I found had much affordable options than them.

Coffee Club is at one of best coffee place in Auckland and other cities in New Zealand. Once can sit for hours and good thing about this is located in almost every suburb. On top of that, they offer good VIP club options, which many other coffee vendors do not have which makes it even more distinct. If you are in New Zealand, you can try and trust me it will make you fan of the coffee.

Staff member informed us when we walked in that they were serving takeaway coffee today and were closing early which was a bit weird and not very clear so we sat down to wait for our coffee as there were other customers sitting down .Our coffee arrived in takeaway cups and when she was questioned why she said we could not sit and drink as they were closing early it was 2.45 at the time and they were closing at 4pm so my wife had something to say and then the staff member stood in the kitchen door way and had a rave about us to the staff which we could hear. Won't be back after that behavior to mitre 10 coffee club botany

Good vibe. Food is a tad bit overpriced for the serving size. The beef taco is something to avoid if you are eating here.

My friends and I are semi regulars at this place - every single time the service is amazing, the food is amazing, there’s nothing to complain about. The current staff especially rock. The best coffee club in Auckland!

It has been a number of years since we were last here. We were impressed with the service, food and quality of the coffee. We will come again.

Happy Father's Day. We were promptly on our table and menus were given to us. The wait staff was very friendly and she smiled! We placed our hot drink orders and I might add there were very beautifully done. Our meals were very tasty and very well presented and also well cooked. The wait staff had no idea what fish was in the kids menu of fish and chips. She went and asked and came back saying I'm not quite sure but it is called WHITING or something. A little bit of Education of staff on what they are selling would be nice but it wasn't a major issue for us as I had uncle Google to help me out. Overall a very good experience for us and we will definitely be back

My elderly mum had pancakes off the kid's menu. Hubby had salmon n avocado stack n I had the chicken club sandwich . Yum and great service.

The Coffee i had today. A was a large decaf Vanilla Latté. The froth on it and the art was absolutely beautiful. Very well presented 😁

This is my favourite hangout place. Their food is good and Mocha thick shake is all time favourite. They also do delicious nachos and fresh fries. They offer table service but sometimes the staff is busy and cannot pay attention. Otherwise a nice ambience place to sit and have a coffee

I have been one very satisfied customer for years. This feedback was long due. Surely my favorite of the coffee shops in East Auckland. The first and foremost thing which strikes you when you enter the store is the amazing and friendly staff ❤. Always courteous, helpful and super awesome team. Great girls at Barista (sorry boyz) making osm coffee experience always. You have my unwavering support people. Well done 😃👍, I always look forward to see you guys.

We were unsure if they'd be open, as we've seen reviews stating its not always open til 9pm. The friendly staff member informed us it is. Kitchen closes at 730pm, which is fair. From all the Coffee Clubs (8 in nz) I've been to, this establishment is the only one where they took our order at the table and offered a jug of water. Where others you have to pay and order at the counter, and get things yourself. It was great, thank you. (Although, because I was used to paying before I ate, I nearly walked out without paying... embarrassing. But was a laugh.)

Never been to the Coffee Club before. The staff were awesome. The place was spotless. The food was perfect. I have food allergies & they catered to me beautifully. The Chefs were perfect. I'd give them 20/10

I and my wife had an awesome evening coffee with some chef special dishes. Food was delicious and we enjoyed every part of it. Nick got awesome customer service skills with a great helpful attitude. Overall it was 100% satisfaction.

Average chain cafe. Service was hit and miss. Food came out quick though. I was comparing to the Sylvia Park one which is awesome. I've worked in hospitality so may have higher standards than normal.

The food wasn't too bad but I was served a sliced piece of lemon that was dried on both sides (so cut and then left in the fridge to go yucky) which makes me wonder about their food hygiene They also took 10+ minutes to even take our order when it was quiet, and served customers who were seated after us first. Overall just an average experience

Great clean place to eat with a good warm welcoming service from the friendly staff. Great for all ages and good for a catch up with friends to a great place for meetings. Coffee was good but only critique was the bland thin crust for the pizza for kids. Otherwise a great place

Food was devine and service was quick. Our waiter was very lovely all tables were cleared, cleaned and reset quickly. Great atmosphere.

The service and coffee were okay but the food wasn't that great. I ordered the chef's choice, which is steak and chips with salad and two sunny side up eggs. The eggs, salad and chips were okay but the scotch fillet was well-done even though I asked for it to be medium rare. Also it was a bit tough and rubbery.

Botany Junction shop. Waitress was excellent. Helpful and cheerful. Waiter no so good. Shop only half full. Asked for water with food, did not get. Food was average, nothing special. Prices are a bit high. Had better coffee and cheaper at Wild Bean Cafe.

I ordered the chicken and bacon fettuccine for lunch along with a flat white. The food was very average, but the restaurant staff member looking after me was amazing. I'm kicking myself for not getting his name now, but he was professional, very friendly and quite a happy chap which is kind of what you want in a cafe.

Good spot for an early lunch. I had haloumi with salad and a basil cashew pesto which was lovely. Mum had lemon pepper calamari which was cooked to perfection. Portion sizes were just right for us. Staff were friendly and helpful, service was quick.

Very busy when we went there, but staff managed to seat our party of 6. Friendly, efficient service, my Linguine Carbonara was very good. A short wait for the food from ordering, considering how busy it was, I was very impressed. Very good service, reasonably priced. I will definitely go back.

Coffee Club is medium price casual local restaurant. Newish menu (or perhaps we haven't been for a while). Eggs benedict with salmon fine, but haloumi salad with pumpkin just passable. Unfortunately roasted pumpkin wasn't roasted, just parboiled. Suspect it missed out on visiting the final step of preparation.

Lovely greeting on entering but wasn't too sure where to order like other customers. You would think that payment and orders were taken at the front counter but no it's to the right little space on the counter at the side ... so weird. The waitress looked at me like are you ok lol. I was told to order over there....ok .......just weird. Nice food, just what I needed. Had wedges and a banana milkshake which was the best. However I do feel that the bowl of sour cream is not in proportion to the amount of wedges. Come on guys a little bit bigger serving please. Thanks to the chef I got another bowl of sour cream🤣🤣🤣🤣good job.

This place is amazing, but since the menus changed and they removed the popular items like the pancake with berries i wont visit as much 😔

It is a good place to be for coffee and snacks so I won't be your typical Auckland s**ty customer who never been in any other country beside NZ and act like I know anything about hospitality or international cuisines to judge what I do not understand based on T.V or only know how to use a keyboard to write a review when one thing goes wrong. So great job coffee club keep it.

Food was nice but husband had an issue with the plates all being curved like large bowls. Not easy to cut things

Had a chicken burger there. It was delicious. Didnt have to wait too long for my meal although it was full 😊 Very nice!

Came here for a last minute meet up with a friend. Staff were very good but suffice to say I really disliked the coffee, sickeningly week hence why I only had one and didn't finish it. My friend on the other hand seemed to enjoy his.

I love the coffee club. Always fresh food. Lots of variety. Discount for Gold card holders. Gòod & friendly food. What's not to like.

Was really impressed. Great service and food came out fast. Had the kids pancake which was a bit hit with miss 2, scrambled eggs on ciabatta and the salmon with avo on gluten free toast.

Even though I think Coffee Club is a bit pricey, they have some excellently priced items on their daily specials and the food is always tasty.

Can I just give a big 5 star rating for this Cafe. I've always come to this Cafe Always when in Auckland without fail,staff are Always friendly and service with a smile. Thanks to Atchana and the team for hosting an exceptional and professional service all the time and everytime. A big big 5 star to Jason the Head Chef always cooking the food perfectly and without fail TOP NOTCH CHEFFING JASON. I would highly recommend this Cafe to all whose looking for excellence in food quality and service. Will always be a return to this Cafe all the time and everytime without fail.

The layout of the counter is wrong. I've been told to place a takeaway order on side counter, which has not enough space for a wheelchair (1.20m). Also I had a pram, it didn't fit in with two more people waiting in line. This side counter arrangement is plainly strange. Why they can't take takeaway orders from the otherside, it has enough space for F&B pass over . Take out customers don't fit by the side P.O.S. and end up waiting around the corner anyway. They seem to create this unconvinient spot by choice.. Coffee was 3/5 Stuff were working hard but seemed grumpy, no one smiled. Which is Ok, we all can have a grumpy day I guess.

Haven't actually been here. Went to the subway store next door. Must have picked up on my location there and then. Bug fix?

Food was nice, If abit pricy. The staff could be more attentive with there customers but overall a enjoyable and homey joint. Can't wait till I go there again.

18Jul16 Almost four stars except the food was not quite good enough.This Botany Junction Coffee Club is the best of the four (this one, Takanini, Westfield Manukau Mall, Stonefields) I've been to and actually purchased coffee and something to eat. This was a Saturday, mid-morning and therefore the store was buzzing; about 2/3 full with families, couples, a couple of business women gesturing extravagantly at each other over a real estate deal, senior citizens enjoying the Winter sun while reading the store's newspapers and magazines, and friends hanging with friends. Good service; quick with the coffee and a little less fast with the food. If the other Coffee Club outlets copy this one's staff ethic of smiles, strong eye contact with customers, not keeping people waiting at the service counter, and quick table clearing then they would rate far better and do better with growing repeat business. Want to learn about growing repeat business? Go over to Melba Manukau and watch the customers and staff !!

Food is ok but service?? .. went inside waiting for some to serve us, there are looking at us but did not ask any questions. Waited for 10min then we went out.

Usually we just get some coffees from here. Coffees are good here and it is always busy here but it needs a bit of cleaning. There are always food bits in the floor which makes it look unclean

Well I can tell you the coffee's great along with the atmosphere good place to bring your meetings and have a chat.

Went Sunday afternoon to Botany Junction with my Adult son, service of our food was very slow and it didn't all come together. Plus we found that the food was very average.

Waitress was quite rude. We sat down and she shouted at us from across the room "Do you guys want anything?" I thought it would have been obvious by us walking into a cafe and sitting down!!
