5 stars for the blonde waitress, excellent service went above and beyond...food was cold and eggs were hard, waitress recooked the eggs herself and then they were perfect but all af the food was cold otherwise. Took almost half an hour for 2 breakfast meals to be served. Very gutted, obviously incompetent chef.

The customer service was great. The food and drinks were supurb. There are one off benefits available, even for gold card holders. The prices are reasonable. Will be going back again. PS. Had a vegan pizza and it was so delicous.

A bit less organised and well run than other coffee clubs. There is a sign saying they are hiring, so might be short staffed.

Ample seating, prices reasonable considering location but wait times are consistently slow. We are frequent users of Coffee Club Lynmall but today will be the last. We had to wait 55 minutes for two pancakes. Bringing this to the Managers Attention brought a morose expression, no apologies, lacking customer relationship skills. Never again.

We used to like coming here before the change of management. The hired staff are still great, full kudos to them, but the new manager is not cut out for hospitality. We got kicked out of our seats on the top floor so she could sweep last time we were here, and today they tried to charge us $6 for 2 slices of toasted supermarket bread, and the only spread they had was butter. I went to countdown and bought a whole tub of Anathoth lemon curd for less than that. Such a shame. Coffee is still good but it's not enough to go through the lack of hospitality again. Coffee Club should send a secret shopper from head office.

The team here are great. The Coffee Club here in Lynnmall as it's community, and the staff are definitely a part of it. Great, friendly service. I tend to come here on the off-peak, so I know I haven't experienced what other reviews write. I suppose that's what a day in hospo looks like when everyone wants to go out and resources are low. These guys still make a great coffee with a smile on their face.

They were short staffed but despite a number of customers complaining and wanting refunds the young man being the counter kept his cool throughout. I felt very sorry for thr staff that were there. Eventually the food came out and it was great. A big thumbs up for those staff that were on 06/06/21.

The Coffee Club Lynn Mall is a nice place to stop and have either a meal or some finger food inside the mall by Countdown super market seating is well planned. Tables near the counter or at the back. Food was delicious and they offer coffees, tea,fruit juice, and my favorite Chai Latte Sweet.

*The location is just opposite Countdown in lynnmall* I am a regular Coffee Club Customer. The staff here is extremely friendly and service is A+. I like to enjoy my coffee in peace and quiet with some reading. Unlike other coffee clubs I have been to, this shop doesn't play unnecessary music which is big plus in my book. This particular coffee shop is nice and quiet 😊 which makes the experience great and I actually get some work done.

Located in the mall just opposite the Countdown. Updated interior, lots of seating available over 2 levels. Customer service prompt and friendly. Food options are what you expect from Cafe. No overly long wait time. Food tasted good. Would return here if in the area.

Always friendly staff, very accommodating. Great location and hours. Cosy upstairs, when it's open, and a few tables towards the back of the ground floor as well. Favourites are the mocha and also the turmeric latte.

Great addition to Lynn Mall. The café looks very top notch and the upstairs section creates a private ambience. Staff are very polite and helpful with plenty of smiles and ofcourse the coffee and food on offer are superb.

Was there this morning had a wonderful breakfast but what made me give it a five was the staff that served me they all were extremely happy cheerful efficient and very attentive to my needs would happily recommend this place due to the staff thanks guys.
