M.Egg Bennie Breakfast was hot, tasty and eggs were cooked as requested, not too runny so thanks to the Saturday chef, perfection! Pot of Tea was generous and hot! Staff managed the Covid new dining regulations exactly and my vax pass was requested and scanned. The cafe was clean and well maintained. However the atmosphere was not great and the staff were not that friendly and found that they converse very loudly with each other in their own tongue when in a public environment. there needs to be more consideration of the customers as a bit of discretion and relaxed atmosphere at a hospitality establishment goes a long way to encourage customers to return regularly for a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience which I will not. I have worked in many aspects of hospitality for more than 20 years and sorry to report this but it is not the first time I have experienced this at The Coffee Club Mt Roskill, not so much my happy place! 😔

J.Food was ok. Had a steak and had to cut it with a butter knife. Asked for a steak knife and to my surprise it's the first Cafe I've ever been to that doesn't supply a steak knife. The steak itself was average and hard to cut through. Should have just brought it from Mad Butcher and cooked it myself lol
S.Great breakfasts. The mochas were beautiful and well balanced. It complimented the breakfasts. Great atmosphere & location. Friendly staff.
W.The coffee shop is always great I like having salt and pepper squid with a couple of beers. My wife has what she wants normally with coffee at a outside table.
R.Every time I have coffee at Coffee, I like the place even more. Good staff at this outlet with ample parking spaces. You can sit inside and they have a few tables outside as well. You don't great views but the ambience inside keeps you engaged.

M.I had the salmon eggs Benedict with the Roski muffins, very nice. I got my meal before my coffee. It should of been the other way around.

Returned back the next day to have now my usual which was super tasty! The service is fast & the order came out not long after. Compliments to the CHEF!!

c.Visited around 3.30-4pm today the lady that served us was amazing, she was so friendly and accommodating she truly is a gem! Coffee was beautiful.
k.Staff are always friendly. Often long wait times during the weekend for meals to be prepared at any of the coffee clubs. Good is OK, sometimes a little oily, unsure about the new style of bacon on the menu, but I guess I will get used to it.
T.Ok but I’m never really sure about the age of their cabinet food. I’ve been there several days in a row ( lived close and only coffee option ) and could swear I saw the same cake getting smaller day after day. Their cooked food is always good so I just order from the menu and leave the cabinet food alone. Pleasant staff who want to please.

C.Great little place, helpful and friendly staff.very polite and efficient. Not sure what to order for a snack so decided on some fries. Staff good enough to point out that I didn't need a full order, just a side dish would be enough. Perfect and really crispy and yum. Best fries I've had for a while. Oh toilets were also nice and clean. Good place.
H.Used to enjoy eating here with family but recently went to find serving sizes have shrunk immensely. Payed $17.50 for food alone and was given one small piece of toast with toppings on it. Definitely not worth the price. At least their coffee was good.
M.Fast service with minimal wait time for table delivery. Coffee and hot chocolate perfect!!! Hubby had big coffee club breakfast good value but plates should be heated first. Only thing I did not like was the cheap bacon they used circular cut not rashers!!
D.I've been to a number of coffee clubs around Auckland and some out of town and i have only ever enjoyed a couple of the meals from particular stores. Unfortunately, I didn't really enjoy the Philly cheesesteak sandwich from this store. It was really bland and super overpriced, like most items on the menu. Also ordered loaded fries that were drenched in sweet chilli sauce which i didnt enjoy much. Service was fast and staff were helpful/friendly however food is average.

T.Really nice coffee (we visit alot of CC's because of the loyalty card) but someone was smoking nearby which we're not used to because you're not allowed to smoke outside cafe's on the North Shore. But as for our standards coffee's and milkshakes we always order, they were great and the service was quick.
S.I thoroughly enjoyed not only the service but the food; its has amazing food portion to money ratio, haha. But in all honesty it was good, the server was not only doing about 5 other coffees, she still managed to get my order at the same time. Appreciate the check up mid meal. the only down side is the cold draft that can through there from the two doors.

K.Good coffee, can get busy during peak hours. Standard cafe food. Opening hours could be improved if this establishment was intended to serve customers who were commuting to work in the morning. This particular chain is in a newly built complex so the establishment is very new and tidy.
