J.Walk in to the cafe, was friendly greeted by the staff member at the front.
I sat down ordered and within a couple of minutes I had my flat white coffee and soon after my omelet.
Coffee was superbly made, the omelet delicious.
Overall, nice decor, friendly staff, if you want good customer service with a smile and great food and Coffee, come to the Coffee Club Sylvia Park
S.Busy Sunday. I ordered some fries. They were very average. The coffee was very average too. Not sure I would go again unless I was meeting someone and they chose to meet here as happened last Sunday. Plenty of other places to have coffee and a meal. A note, my friends had proper meals which looked good.
R.I have experienced many branches of Coffee Club but I think Sylvia Park Coffee Club is one of the best branches. The staff is very friendly and polite. I go there every day for coffee. My son loves coffee club breakfasts and we got there once for breakfast every week.

C.Ordered only to be told what I had ordered had run out. This was at about 11.30am. They also ran out of coconut milk and their Chai latte was almost undrinkable. The steak in the big breakfast was like rubber. Probably won't visit again. Had amazing service from one of the waitresses though so that was probably the only highlight

I.Nice food and polite customer service. They do need to spray and wipe the tables after guests have finished. They only removed the dirty plates and cutlery.

J.Speedy food service. Coffee was ok. Customer service isnt very good though. I guess it's free for others to have aioli with their chips but after already spending a reasonable amount on a meal and coffee, I am told it will cost $3 to have aioli instead of ketchup. Ended up going to the supermarket and buying a bottle. Wont be coming back to this coffee club. All the other coffee clubs have great customer service and you feel welcomed, this one I cant wait to leave. Staff look quite stressed and done with the day.

L.Our meal was great however the service was very slow. They basically forgot my order so I waited over 30 mins for my brunch. Once it came it was very delicious. However, if I was in a hurry I would have had to cancel.

i.It was such a good experience. There was an Indian guy working there he was such a good person and a manager I asked him 3 times about the allergies and he really helped me with that. He has such good customer service I will be back for sure just for another great service from him. Brilliant this guy is an asset for the organisation. Thumbs up 👍

FYI Coffee club tend to overcharge prices though for bland and average meals/drinks. If there are no other cafes in your vicinity then it's a great place to go. If not, you're better spending your $70 that was gunna go towards eggs Benny and a smoothie elsewhere lel 🤣🤣
j.The young waitress there today around 1pm deserves medal. This young lady had to deal with missed orders, people waiting while others got served and she did with a smile and much genuine compassion. I will give her 5 out of 5 stars 🌟. Please make sure you look after her she's a real asset.

Meal expensive for the service we recieved, with mediocre presentation and my omelet was a thin single layer of egg. Mushrooms were nice & bread was good. There are better places at Sylvia Park to get good service & food.

To the waitress who served us memorised our every order, she was soo Brilliant and Outstanding she’s such a Gem! I had the ham and cheese omelette and it was absolutely delicious big Ups to the Chef.

A.Good customer service. Not busy at 5pm on a Saturday. The coffee and caramel cheesecake were both yummy. It's a good place to meet up with mates or family.
C.Even when busy I can't get over how quick and pleasant the service is. With good space around the tables it is a very wheelchair/pushchair friendly cafe. The coffee is excellent and the menu is far from boring!

D.There on a busy Saturday morning recently and the crew were delivering great service to a wide range of customers - a couple of mothers with kids, a family get together, a quartet of policemen and couples. Food was good, coffee smooth and the place was humming. Enjoyed the sit-down after too much shopping.
H.Went for a late supper. I had a very tasty Gingerbread Latte and Epic Bacon and beef burger with fries. My partner had the Classic breakfast meal and was impressed as well, only thing that put him off was, he asked for fried eggs but they were still bit jelly-like.
Very reasonable prices, definitely worth a try.

w.Good lord, The Coffee Club has the most amazing Eggs Benedict I've ever had in my life, if they would give me the recipe for their hollandaise sauce, I'd get it as soon as possible. The staff here are always incredible and I give my props to all the chefs in the kitchen and all the waiters/waitresses here. Amazing atmosphere, amazing food, amazing drinks. I go here maybe once a month and it never ceases to amaze me how incredible this place is. I recommend this to ANYONE who loves food... So, pretty much everyone!
M.I loved their Salmon with Avocado and potato wedges. But I think they already took it off the menu. Loved the pancakes with bacon, banana and maple syrup good for breakfast and get good coffee. For dessert I recommend the date loaf, good either warmed up or chilled. It has a good ambiance and a good place to meet up with friends and perhaps to study when it's quiet. Although I wouldn't recommend during busy hours like Friday nights or weekends as the waiting times can be too long. Servers are nice and friendly.
P.Everything was so good, well worth the price. Super good staff and got seen to quickly even though it was packed. :)
R.Been there a few times but must say the standard of food is not that great. Ordered a chicken burger but when I got it the salad or the veges inside the burger was so dry and there was no flavour. Not going there again.

A.My absolute GO TO place for an excellent smooth big coffee. Pricing is not cheap, meal portions are borderline for $$ but acceptable. Staff very obliging, wait time minimal.

A.Located near the central hub of Sylvia Park, this cafe is where I usually go to have my morning bite. The quality of food here is not perfect; but that is too much to be expected of a cafe. The interior of the store feels good but since the location is near the centre, the audio atmosphere can be a bit frantic at times. Would recommend.

A.Staff members are friendly and attentive. Place is big and with nice ambiance; though what confuse me is: all of the nice seats were on reserved though it was 8AM and no one in the store. The potato rosti were yummy, though the side of the rosti were really-really dry and hard to chew. The hot chocolate was good, though I can't see any marshmallow in the cup nor on the saucer. As for their VIP programme, it's the only coffee place where you have to pay to join their loyalty programme.

Covid 19 has not stopped the Coffee Club from delivering excellence.The usual coffee club vibe The staff has maintained its high standard of food and service in these interesting times....I wish the staff and management of this establishment well....

T.Great Coffee, good service. We ordered Poached Eggs, cooked perfectly. They could improve on the bread choice but otherwise very good!
M.Just had coffee, which was ok, but not amazing. I do feel it is better than it's current 2-Star rating, so I hope management are noting poor reviews and taking steps to remedy. If poor reviews continue that would be a shame for such a nice venue.
L.Had a nice lunch pre movies but the dispensers that hold the sugar sachets were pretty gross, need a good wash/scrub. Cappuccino was average, could be better.

R.It's always busy in the weekends, not child friendly. If you taking a pram or buggy would be awkward, the seatings are too close to each other. otherwise their meals anddrinks are good, Iusually order fish and chips for the kids and philidelphia Sandwich.
