It was quiet when I came. Only a couple people on the ground floor but Upstairs was completely empty. It's really nicely decorated and modeled. They offered ice cold water with some sort of herb or tea in it with cool colors that was really nice. I ordered an almond croissant which tasted really good, not as soft as I would've liked though. Really nice wooden look and food was great.

Perfect lamb shank with salad dinner - exquisite tenderness and texture delicacy, coincided into a special feeling about the mains. $15.00 is the best deal ever in central Auckland proximity. The Coffee Club’s choice I chose is what worth its value the most. I will be here again..

If we had just ordered the mango smoothy and Feijoa and lime ice team would be 5 star. However we ordered eggs beni's with bacon and it was rough to get through. Eggs over done to the point of being hard boiled. Staff were super lovely even though they were so busy.

Good location, next to the Sky Tower. Familiar menu and service, but better coffee and food choices within 5-minutes' walking distance.

I requested a drink not on the list, barista said she can make it for me! I had iced white chocolate! Yum!

Perfect place for morning coffee / after work sweet snack, goes well with the Auckland weather. Front staff Asian lady is very lovely. Constant excellent customer service.

Very nice staff, very friendly environment. All my food was delivered fast, and although they did forget about my coffee, when asked about it they gave me a large one in compensation for the wait. Would recommend going here again.

Customer service is fab! When I'm travelling for work, I want everything on the go. Between my hotel and the office, there's nowhere that has a breakfast wrap with bacon, egg, cheese and hashbrown.... so I usually settle for a tank shake and coffee. Walking past this morning, I asked the young girl if they have breakfast wraps, she yes. Pop in and we'll make one. The waitress on the counter said the same thing, but then went on to say... "We don't have it on the menu, but have the ingredients. What would you like in it?". Exactly what I need when time is short and I can't cook it myself. Coffee and wrap came to $25.70

Enjoyed a great coffee and some cake here. Was pretty good.

If you want to have their desserts, you need a bit luck. The cheese cake I had was very rubbery and not worth of the money. The staff told me they could heat up the cheese cake In microwave because all other slices would be like that. I would only blame the manager who made a bad descion to suggest their customers to have lukewarm cheesecake. It was not as rubbery after being warm up, but lukewarm cheesecake was just not delicious. I had a couple of bites that had cold and lukewarm temperture. Thanks to microwave idea. If you wanna charge that price, please also ensure the quality matches what we are paying for. I rated it 3 stars because our wait staff was friendly. I should have learnt my lesson not to order desserts at Coffee Club because it was not my first time.

Food was good service was great, downside was in the title. I would expect "The coffee club" would be able to serve at least a decent coffee. Our two coffees were still too hot to drink 15mins after service, the coffee was burnt and foul

Service can vary depending on how busy they are. Have had a few mistakes with my orders but overall the food is good and service friendly. No bathrooms which can be a bit of a nuisance. A few homeless people have started sleeping outside the premises which has caused a few problems lately with the odour outside. They do their best with this though and the inside of the cafe is always nice and clean. Not a huge variety of ready-made food but a good number of choices on the menu if you have time to wait.

I was there for dinner with my partner on 7.6.19. The customer service was great, keep up the good work! It's a shame I did not note down the name of the waitress who served us. She took great care of our needs. Food wise, ordered the Lamb Shank with Salad. The meat fell off the bone nicely and was tender. However, I felt that the tomato-based sauce which was served with the meat was unsuitable. It would have probably been better if a mint sauce or mushroom gravy was paired with the lamb.

BIG BREAKFAST, omg this is my go to place whenever I feel like having steak on my breakfast menu😊. Serving is good and very filling.

This is becoming my new favourite beer place. Very good selection of beer and lots of great food. Seems to always have good atmosphere, but partly because it is busy, so allow some extra time for ordering etc.

Wonderful flavourful food that got brought out pretty quick, amazing coffee, and fantastic service fron the staff. Very nice and calming atmosphere with some decent interior design to match. A tad pricey, but well worth it for the experience. Definitely plan to go again when I need a break.

Went to the Coffee Club Victoria st Auckland for breakfast the Special 2 for the price of 1..I was immediately impressed with the warm welcome and friendly service I couldn't eat all the breakfast so asked if I could take the rest home which they obliged, I work in Hospitality so impressed I was with the service and food I have no hesitation in returning and recommending this place to people..Thankyou so much..

Very Friendly Staff and Excellent Coffee. Even though they were very busy, The staff were still extremely attentive and caring and the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend visiting this store for a nice brunch in the city.

Good customer service and only one of the few places that offer table service. There's special lunch and dinner pricing when they are quiet, so sometimes you can get a good deal for the food here. It's a place where people socialise, study, or chill, and you can stay for as long as you want. This is also the only few places that allow you to pay at the end so if you're there alone and you want to make use of your VIP card, you can get your 2nd drink before you leave or whenever you feel like another one.

Very nice Coffee Club store. Everything is fantastic from the service to the food to the coffee. I love visiting this store as I work close by and can be assured that I'll be treated nicely by the staff. I love the Mixed Berry Smoothie and the Tropicana Frappe...

Friendly staff, customers and visiting sparrows! Great value, two large cappacinos, a breakfast miffin and a salmon bagel for $27. Recommended. Lovely.

Went here for breakfast and had to request a table to be cleared so we could sit down. Admittedly they were busy but there were at least 10 tables full of dirty plates with left over food on them and cups over tables.Really put us off going to eat here. Very good service by young

We went there looking for gluten free breakfast options as Sky City breakfast place had no gluten free bread or cereal. Really? Yes really! Pleased with The Coffee Clubs 'low gluten' options. A good number to choose from. Had a salmon, cream cheese, lettuce sandwich on toasted gf bread. Yum. Lettuce was fresh and crunchy. Good price. Will definitely come here again when next in Akld for everyday, non-restaurant style (normal) food. By the looks of the menu, there are gf (low gluten) options for any time of the day. Staff were efficient. Place was clean and tidy.

Their menu is awesome. Never disappointed when we dine here. Great varieties of vegetarian and vegan options. Good ambience & polite, helpful staff.

My coffee place I like to visit. Friendly staff and good coffee!! Maybe they could be sometimes faster with wiping down used tables, but other than that a great place!

Coffee was so good and everything was on reasonable price. I like their deals like $15.90 lunch combos, coffee and cake / slice / muffin / biscuit. Great service by swedish manager. 'll be back next time 👍.
