Things I liked: The café was clean and the servers were very friendly and took care of my needs as a customer. The iced mocha was delicious and the pepper added on the chips was great. Could be improved: The Thai beef salad - would've been nice if the dressing came in separately as the salad ended up drowning in it. The dressing was nice and spicy though. The pineapple was a refreshing addition, although some of the pineapple eyes were still in the dish and the coriander had a bit of some wilted parts in it. The beef was also a bit rubbery and the noodles were very firm.

Came here for a Mother’s Day brunch today and the food was absolutely delicious and the coffee was strong!! The lodge grill was magnificent and left very satisfied

Went there for a hot chocolate which i liked and i loved the cosy environment and very friendly staffs. One of the staff gave my baby a plushy toy to play with. Will drop by again next time to try their food

Great service, good coffee, good menu - there are many choices to suit your needs. This is the second time I have visited and my Eggs Benedict with salmon was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Went there with 5 friends yesterday and we all loved it! Café is very cosy with different seating options. The open chicken sandwich and iced mocha that I ordered were delicious. Good portions as well. Chicken fettuccine and lamb burger were also very good. Will definitely be back again.

Always a positive experience when we came here. Food and coffee were consistently good. This time I had an open chicken sandwich though I actually ordered a steak sandwich. It turned out to be a nice mixed up. The chicken was tasty but on the dry side. The sauce made up for it. It would have been super good if it was moist. Fettuccine was very good

Service was prompt and professional. Reasonable menu choices for the breakfast time. Big breakfast was not for me as the sausage and hash browns did not agree with me. They replaced mushrooms for an additional poached egg which was nice. They use free range and organic products where possible which is good to see. Tables and chairs are comfortable and different seating types are available.

What a fantastic local cafe to get an awesome feed with a smile. As an ”on and off” vegetarian there are great options for both eating habits - I love the halloumi salad! Nice views looking out to the city too

ONE OF THE BEST CAFE'S in Auckland definitely - value for money, clean, nice decor, nice outlook with exceptionally friendly staff and feel-good music. I had the omelet which was tasty with a generous amount of onions, spinach amongst other things which was around $17.50. Definitely a step up from the usual cafe fare. The coffee was very good too. A "medium" cup arrived in what I thought would normally be a standard-sized large cup. What a find this place is.

The BEST soy flat white I've had in Auckland. Parking was limited when I went, but it was worth the hassle. Sizes are huge, so definitely value for money. Above all, the staff are amazing - friendly and go above and beyond to make your experience great. A must visit.

Popped in today for coffee and waited a ridiculous amount of time. We waited 40 minutes .untill I asked where they were. Unfortunately the 2 front of house staff members were run off there feet . So under staffed. Considering there is extra people in auckland for the Adele concert . You think that the staff issues would have been sorted . Not good enough . 😠
