Reviews of Sneaky beach cafe
D.It was about 1-30 in the afternoon and I was both hungry and grumpy (low blood sugar I think). Anyway there was the Sneaky Beach Café, and there was a parking space right outside. As soon as I got inside, the cheerfull waitress made me feel welcome. The cabinet food looked fresh and appetizing, plenty of healthy stuff. I was to hungry for that, I had the biggest stuffed sausage I have seen, yum. A great place, clean and bright, really attractive, give it a try. I'm sure I will be back.
H.Stopped in briefly for any early lunch.
I tried the roasted vege quiche which was yum, I added a bit of sauce to it from home for a bit of complimentary flavour. The roasted pumpkins were nice and crunchy. Lovely lady that served us. Lovely environment with sea shells, seahorses, photography of the ocean at places such as Te Aumiti A.K.A. French Pass. Vibrant space, pleasant space to be in once seated to take it all in :). The lady did well getting through the queu of people & has great customer focus and people'd skills and was appreciative of the payment made in cash which made me even happier we stopped to spend money there :).
T.Nice quick stop for a late breakfast on the way through. Great tasting bacon bene minus the bacon but with added mushrooms. Only a small issue the premises was freezing inside even at a window seat with the sun streaming in. A bit of heating and would have stayed an ordered extra coffees before heading off!
K.Havlock was in kaois with little parking and road works. The Cafe was humming and in harmony despite there only being one staff member in the whole Cafe. The lovely lady serving did an amazing, incredible job. I hope the owners of the Cafe know how incredibly valuable she is. Staff like this a rare and hard to find.
To the lovely lady who served us please know and accept just how precious, valuable and deeply loved you are. Not just because of what you do but who you are.

A.The best quiche ever! This little wonder of a cafe will fill your heart with amazing food and warmth. Every time I visit Havelock, this is my go to place. The two lovely ladies who run the place are amazing and the moment you enter the place you are in good hands! If you are going to Havelock, this place is a must try!

J.Great little find on the road. Arrived in time before the lunch rush. Good coffee and delicious selection of bakery items, lemon yo-yo biscuit was great thanks. They had hot chips and other hot cabinet items too.
H.Friendly and helpful staff with interesting selection of nice pies, very good sized portions of beautifully creamy scrambled eggs - just the job for hungry campers!
Left my walking fleece there and didn't realise until I was on North Island.

C.Lovely clean cafe where the staff are happy to help. Food is freshly made, very good value and tasty. Their teapots enable your tea to stay hot, which is always a bonus! Really enjoyed this cafe.

K.Ive never replied to a review on our cafe before, but after Andrea posted on here today I feel obliged. She came with a family group, and they were being served, there was a que and a second staff member served the next person after them, not realising this woman was to be served seperately. She was very rude to the staff member. To the point that it was embarrassing for our other customers and even her own family group were obviously embarrassed by her rudeness. She was apologised to many times by two staff members and even the next customer in line went over to her table apologised to her. She was very loud and abusive and referred to the girls as Hicks. She demanded a written apology and names and wrote the review in store and then after all that she actually left an apology for her behaviour on the table. Very upsetting for the staff member who took the brunt of this woman Andreas tirade. She was so upset and shaken she had to leave work early. We run with the customer is always right theme. But there is a line and you crossed it.
Your visit to the Cafe today was a bad experience for everyone that was there to witness it. Appalling manners and so very rude.
S.I've been into this cafe before today and found it to be very special run by lovely people who seem passionate about customer care and quality service/food. Well done.

Witnessed an outburst of total stupidity from another customer named Andrea....who complained about everything...totally uncalled for,......with her family repeatedly telling her to shut up. Very impressed at the friendly way the staff handled this obviously troubled woman...
