J.We stayed here 2 yrs ago. So sorry for late post. However it was very convenient to driving all around central areas of north island. People at desk were very helpful with directions and advice. Accommodateions were very clean and we thought well suited to visitors. Bed was very comfortable. Visit bridal falls, a short drive from there. Would stay here anytime.

Clean, comfotable, spacious and very elegantly decorated with small touches, like a nice coffee machine, big walk in shower, nicely equiped kitchen that made our stay extra special. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Highly recommended.

R.Very high standard of accommodation. Sterile, lacking in guest thoughtfulness, eg nowhere to hang dressing robes in bathroom, no shelves for toilet bags etc. It's like they haven't thought about guests convenience.

A.Excellent motel and great value for money. Very nice well appointed rooms, spacious and lots of little details like decent coffee, teas, local history book and toiletry kits etc. Plenty of kitchen items available and little bowls for jewellery on the bedside table was a nice touch. Both staff we dealt with we friendly and professional. Thank you very much.

J.Absolutely beautiful and clean property. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating and the rooms were beyond spacious. We had a 1-bedroom apartment with kitchen. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Downtown Cambridge is a short 15-min walk or 5-minute drive and an absolute must see.
C.This was the nicest hotel room that my husband and I stayed in during a three-week trip in early 2020 that included the Grand Hyatt in San Francisco and Novotel Rotorua Lakeside in New Zealand, as well as others. Kelly Road Cambridge Lodge was sparkling clean and had the best amenities. For example, we were given a small carton of milk when we checked in. At the other places we got little one-serving size containers of milk or half and half which we went through rapidly.

A.We really enjoyed our stay at Kelly Rd Cambridge Lodge. The rooms are clean, modern and warm and the people that run it are friendly and very accommodating. Due to a family emergency we booked at the last minute by phone in the car and we were grateful they could accommodate us. We would absolutely return again.

D.Very much enjoyed our stay. Extremely clean and the woman who worked the desk always had a smile on her face. Nothing to complain about whatsoever. And for those making the trip to Hobbiton, this location is nice and quiet and the drive is very reasonable.
R.Customer service was amazing. Some lovely enviro-friendly touches such as glass tupperware you can use during your stay. All felt very comfortable, clean and looked after. Thank you for a great stay.
S.It all felt so new, everything had been thought through and no short cuts taken anywhere. The commitment to environmental sustainability was obvious to. Excellent wifi, artwork, Nespresso, charging points, dishwasher, bathroom was well thought through with lots of little ammenties & room service was second to none, even cleaning up a couple of dishes I hadn't done! I knew I was in for a good stay when I arrived at 11pm and the night staff had turned my heater and took me to the room to explain how everything works! Great attention to detail:) Will definitely be back!

K.Great, new motel in Cambridge, which is located a short drive from the town's shops and cafes. Despite being next to a busy road, my room was very quiet. Large, comfy bed and spacious, well-appointed bathroom. The receptionist was also extremely friendly and helpful.

D.This lodge or motel only opened in April 2017 but I found they had excellent, clean, warm modern rooms and I was very comfortable. The bed was great, the bathroom modern and they really went out of their way to help me have an enjoyable stay in Cambridge. Highly recommended.

We stayed for over 10 days on our arrival in Cambridge. Extremely recommended for families !!! Mr. James and Mrs. Tene, as well as all the staff were extremely receptive and helpful with us during our stay.
