M.Plenty of parking.
Lovely staff.
Hot coffee and mocha - not lukewarm as I have had elsewhere - didn't need the hot water I usually order.
Very tasty food.

J.The staff are lovely, the hot chocolate was nice and chocolatey and the blueberry muffin had blueberries the whole way through! Delicious!
P.Just another cafe in an industrial area. Service was really quick, but nothing interesting here. I am assuming the name (Cosy Cafe) and the handwritten signs are their quirky humour - but disappointingly, it's not reflected in the cafe itself.

P.Been coming here for a while as we have a construction project down the road. Staff is always friendly and coffee comes out fast. Even had breakfast there the other day and was pleasantly surprised at the presentation and taste.

J.Clean and pleasant. Staff cheerful and helpful. My partner enjoyed savoury and sweet offerings. I had a very limited choice as I require gf food. Maybe because we were there mid/late afternoon and it had run out.
B.Hidden Treasure! Nicely presented food, good portion sizes, fantastic coffee, nice outdoor area and friendly staff, its a really nice place to visit for a coffee or lunch or both, oh did I mention they make great coffee :) Go and find out you won't be disappointed!!!!

N.Excellent service...dog friendly for outside or in marque. Delicious mushrooms on toast and great corn stack to take home for tonight....came complete with heating instructions on lid! A hike to get to from the hills but will be going back again!

L.Today a cold grey Sunday we decided to visit this cafe again to review it. Haven't been here for almost a year. I had a feta and spinach filo pastry and a flat white. Very average. I thought was expensive for what it was...cafe very busy reflected in a staff member's face, definitely not welcoming or chatty. Too noisy for me so didn't stay as long as we normally would. Probably should have chosen from the menu on reflection... and chosen a week day.
M.Very noisy lovely food. The staff when stacking the dishes could be a little more careful. While we were there it was like someone was chucking them around. Very noisy.

L.I have been going to Cosy Cafe for years. Never a bad experience. Coffee comes to you almost instantly. Food is always perfect (eggs bene being the fave). Staff are warm and welcoming.

L.Always a bit nervous when new owners , a cafe , but so pleased we stopped in . Delicious carrot cake , but just as important, great coffee served with a smile .
J.breakfast treat for hubby on Father's day. Hubby had eggs benedict ,the eggs poached to perfection .I had scrambled eggs on toast beautifully light and fluffy 'followed by excellent coffee .we were served very quickly ,the staff are always lovely at Cosy Cafe

P.The food I bought was really nice. Savouries were tasty, pie was delicious, apricot tarts were the best I've tried. Price was moderate to high but well worth it for the quality and taste.
R.30/11/19 went back there today and the scones were much better.😊
24/11/19 New owners taken over. Date scone was smaller and blueberry muffin only had half the amount of blueberries. I hope this is not a sign of thing to come under the new owners.

M.Great food and the coffee is exceptional. One of the best hidden wee gems in a part of Christchurch that doesnt get alot of foot traffic. Stop by for breakfast or lunch. Or try there amazing cabinet foods.. they are the only cafe ive ever seen to not only offer soy but almond milk for coffee too

R.Have gone to Cosy Cafe for years, we live around the corner, it's a great place to grab coffee and a meal every week or so. The owner and staff are very friendly and we have gotten to know them over the years fortunately
