C.I wasn't expecting much, as last time I went there was many years ago when it was just old fashioned tearooms. I have to say, blown away with their cabinet food display, it was AWESOME. Coffee was prefect and friendly staff. Well done, excellent stop.
E.Three girls on a road trip, stopped for lunch, a beautiful sunny day. Sat outdoors and enjoyed beautifully cooked and presented lunch. Portions were much larger than expected, coffee was perfect, and service was very friendly. We will definitely eat here again. Highly recommend.

A.Fantastic range of top quality biscuits, slices, cakes, muffins etc. The mains are slightly more hit and miss, some I would happily return for but the occasional one is a bit of a let down. Overall well worth a visit and I will be returning again.
In reply to your question the Smoked Chicken Satay and Kumara pie I had was fantastic and i wish i could make it at home but my partners Cheese Toastie (that looked so nice and healthy in the cabinet) came out as a semi liquid mess of melted cheese with pools of oil, smothering cubes of vegetables. Only half of this dish could be eaten.
P.Stopped in for breakfast while passing, very nice cafe and staff and the food was fantastic, I had bacon and eggs and WOW, I'd never seen so much bacon. If you dont wont the ultimate breaky experience with other treats you can buy that are amazingly presented just keep driving

P.We stopped at Nosh for breakfast and are so glad we did. Beautifully cooked scrambled eggs with smoked salmon, perfectly crispy bacon and the toast... was toasted slices of cheese scones, needless to say we were in breakfast heaven. The perfection didn't stop there. The service, coffee, range and quality of baked items, unsurpassed. I had to get take aways to keep me happy until we next pass through. Nosh is a must stop cafe.

Great interior and outdoor seating
Huge huge huge selection of counter food, cakes and bagels, quiche etc.
And the menu great for brunch, wonderful eggs bene and must be the nastiest special bread which is like a cheese scone / soda bread / damper under any eggs. And the big breakfast - perfect for the long drive ahead.
Overall a fantastic experience, and we will be back.

A.We found this little roadside oasis quite by accident and couldn't be happier. There is definitely a chef in house that knows presentation, as their pastry/sandwich/salad case is absolutely beautiful. The pastries are great, as was our Salmon Benedict. Espresso some of the best we've had on the South Island. We also loved the outdoor garden seating area - highly recommend.
K.We stopped here on a road trip. It was a nice cafe with reasonable prices and some tasty looking options. We had no reception and no WiFi which would have been a nice extra. Staff were friendly and the food was good. A decent option if you're in the area.
H.Got two (free) driver reviver coffees as advertised from the road. These are instant and were actually nice, it's worth knowing that you can opt for a tea instead. Also bought some ice creams which were yummy. The staff were really friendly and the rest of the food looked really delicious! Recommend!

N.The biggest & probably best & most well presented omelette I've ever had. Friendly but slightly problematic service. I asked for some water meaning a glass of water but was given a small jug of hot water. After I said I just wanted cold water that was brought to me in the same small jug not a glass. The people sitting next to me said they were laughing at what had happened. It was a bit funny. I just drunk the cold water out of the jug. The place is very popular I discovered. I was lucky and got one of the last free tables.
B.This is some of the best cafe food you can get on a South Island route, display cabinets are awesome! Staff are friendly and coffee is excellent.

B.We stopped through today on a South Island trip, and what an amazing array of food!! My husband and I were greeted so warmly by the two front ladies, who both went above and beyond their way to make us welcome. The only thing that we found most irritating were the noisy chairs on the floor, just a lovely atmosphere, lots of laughter and even the occasional jive! so much thanks to Raquel-punkrocker-and Tenakar-missbubbly-you've both made our day with your smiles and cheer
m.Most of takeaway savoury sandwiches,slices etc contain meat. Not enough vegetarian options. Also I ordered a punnet of salad to take away. The girl serving just took my money and yelled order over her shoulder. That was all. She didnt say, if youd like to wait, the kitchen will bring it out soon, so I was left standing in front of the counter unsure of what would happen next. In the end I had to approach a staff member and confirm that someone from the kitchen would eventually bring the salad. As the cafe was busy I had a while to wait. That is not the issue, the issue was that I had to figure your system out without any communication from your staff and they were pretty rude. Bad service is bad service.

A.What a delightful “find” this cafe was when we were exploring South Canterbury a few weeks ago. Cozy fireplace, with mags and newspapers at hand. These people really went the extra mile with delicious food and coffee- also mouth watering cabinet choices. Gav wasn’t kidding when he recommended Nosh as “must stop” foodie destination!
