R.Clean and tidy. Very difficult to read the menu on the wall. Wasn't overly keen on some of the cakes and slices they have. Need to and a bit more variety to that side of the dairy
*.Awesome cafe here. Can dine here and the coffee was great.. Also the Chicken and chips are my favorite type.. Friendly and kind staff.. Has a couple of tables to sit and watch the main street..

L.We enjoy a trip to Waimate from Oamaru, a cuppa or ice cream and a walk in Knottingly Park. Sometimes my husband enjoys 😉 their food to take away for tea.

They truly have the best hot chips, perfectly cooked everytime, crispy crunchy outside and seasoned with the perfect amount of chicken salt, and the Fairlie pies are mouthwateringly delicious and you'll wish your tummy was bigger just so you could enjoy a second one, but you need to plan be an early luncher or they'll
all be sold out! Dine in at clean tables, order one of the freshly cooked meals off today's menu, or takeaway and eat just a 5 minute walk down the road under the Oak trees at Boland Park. Worth a 6 minute drive off the highway.

G.We called in for a milkshake not long before closing time on a Sunday (4.30pm). The young ladies behind the counter were friendly, cheerful and efficient, while the milkshakes themselves were very enjoyable. Good dairy and fairly busy too.
