s.Located near the carpark of merivale mall. Indoor and outdoor seatings available. Order at the counter and pay first. Took good 20 minutes for the food to arrive at our table, but drinks were fairly quick. Standard service quality not particularly friendly or attentive. Food is average quality and price, nothing bad about the place. One good thing we noticed is that they use biodegradable take away cups.
J.Always get a great coffee here. Our favourite place. They also have the best selection of gluten free food but not dairy free.
S.Discovered this place while out on a drive, flowers grown on the property. Lady who served us was lovely. Will be back. Prices also very good.

L.I regularly come to Savoire as it’s very close to home and easy to tag a supermarket shop to my trip and I have varied experiences here. Several times I’ve been at the door at what should be there open time only to find the doors locked and the cafe not set up. Even if I’m let in while they are setting up it feels like an uncomfortable imposition. Their hours of business aren’t visible anywhere on the outside so I would gesture asking what time they open because I would happily find somewhere across the road if it’s not their open time yet but I get asked inside. The staff are a bit hit and miss, definitely not welcoming early in the morning....in saying that the coffee is usually very good and the food is also very good most of the time. Maybe a bit of attention could be paid to staff training and ensuring that the opening time is in fact when the doors are open and they are ready for service, or display signs outside to advise customers of when they are open.
