A.A Sweet cafe in Springfield and a good place to stop-over during travelling.
There is a public toilet cross the road.
Coffees, drinks & chips were good.
A little souvenir corner in the shop is fun to have a look at it if you are keen to get some NZ local stuff😀
A.We just made it before they closed. Cam invited us in and said we have a minute until to order. We enjoyed coffee and some toasties and I was able to take this pic of the donut in Springfield and the Simpsons
P.A great place to stop for refreshments. Excellent coffee and food, with friendly and efficient service. Enjoyed it so much on our way to the West Coast that we made a point of also stopping there on the way back.

Great coffee and cakes. The sandwiches and food looked amazing too and the selection of Kiwi gifts were a bonus.
There was, deservedly, a steady flow of customers thanks to the great service and typical Kiwi welcome.
Off road parking and toilets make it the perfect pit stop.

J.Very friendly and happy staff. Vegan & gluten free lasagna and other goodies in the cabinet. Kitchen closes at 4:30, cafe closes at 5, then they reopen at 6 for fish&chips, but they still serve cabinet foods and drinks in between.

A.Such a beautiful and cozy place to visit everytime we pass by this area. The staff are amazing and oh so friendly especially the owner 😃. The foods are sumptuous: a real taste of kiwi . My wee girl loves the kid's corner so as parents, we get to enjoy our hot delicious roasted coffee ☕ we would always recommend this place to everybody. Worth the visit ! 😉
T.Great customer service here. My mother in law was feeling sick so asked if could just have some toast. Quick as a flash it was provided even though not on the menu. This is a far cry from the service of the previous owners. Well done. We will be back.
B.Daylight robbery....$7 for soy decaf coffee. Getting tired of the places that feel the need to charge extra. Obviously getting your beans and soy milk from the wrong suppliers. Won't be back.
G.This cafe has a modern fresh look and feel. With plenty of space between to relaxed on either modern couch settings or intimate table settings. Lovely meals. Staff clearly enjoy working there. We will return.
J.Great place for a stopover in Springfield. We had a lovely coffee, a generous pot of tea and a gluten free cake with yoghurt at a very reasonable price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere in the cafe was lovely with nice decor and good seating.

A.Lovely vegan pumpkin soup, but the soy flat white had a very unusual, unpleasant taste, similar to wholemeal bread!? Friendly service.
I.Very nice spot for lunch. We both enjoyed our choices, mine was mince on toast ( loved the poached egg and rosti) and my wife had pumpkin and kumera soup fresh made.

F.Great food at great prices, who can ask for more? Well at this place you actually get more nice comfortable seats friendly service, it looked fresh & clean but had a nice vibe. And then there was the way they had with kids with cool touches like a stamp for the kids hand and toys which were nice and not even broken. This place may have made Springfield a new stop on all our trips west.
G.There is absolutely no trace of the past at this new incarnation of the old infamous springfield cafe. The service is amazing, food and drinks outstanding. So pleased we stopped in, will be back next trip through the pass!
