Really enjoyed my experience. Staff are patient and kind. Could have spent all day here.

Typical coffee club but I consider it expensive. 25$ for a egg with salmon, spinach n mushrooms. Plus 6.20 for a large coffee?? The only solace was a free kids breakfast. and 10$ for a salmon bagel.... Enjoy while the deal lasts. Overall 3/5 ————————- Feb2022: visited again and menus have changed. Prices have increased but quantity has improved too.. But overall the ratings stay the same ..

Excellent service, polite, quick and kind. Good looking girls as well. Always helps. My smoothie was delicious and my friends breakfast was very nice as well. We were both very happy all around. Well done..

Awesome place for brunch with the family. Great customer service, fantastic food, nice-sized servings and good value for money, wide range to choose from and they catered well for dietary requirements (gluten, egg and nut free). Situated near The Hub Hornby with plenty of parking. Shop was busy but waiting time for our coffee and meals was reasonable (within 10 minutes).

Lovely staff here! Gave my baby and her cousin a marshmallow treat! Meal and thickshake was delicious !

Like this place as we had a good family outing. Had good conversation. The staff was very helpful in finding out the source of ingredients so that we can decide what we can exactly order what we want to eat. When the meals arrived we were very happy because it was as we had expected. Good job. We will definitely return next time.

I’ve never once had a bad coffee from this place, literally 5 stars every time. Love seeing how friendly the staff are with the frequent customers, and the food always smells delicious

The menue was has a wide selection of food. I enjoyed my French toast with cinnamon and banana. The service was good with very little waiting time will definately go back.

Great breakfasts and food in general. Coffee is fantastic and service was great. Good seating, parking okay, disability friendly entrance and seating can accommodate.

Great service, scrumptious food. Tables well spaced apart which gives you enough privacy to enjoy only your conversation. Also helpful they have a parents toilet equipped with baby change table. Will definitely return.

Hot chocolate was yum but a bit disappointed with the pancake - it came with 2 small bits of bacon and about 1 teaspoon of syrup so was abit dry to eat.

Great coffee. Staff werent use to catering two tables of 25 women and confusion to who ordered what the staff were quited puzzled, they should of taken names, anyway pleasant enough meals from salmon to nachos to our coffees was a pleasant time.

Today we came into Coffee Club Hornby after having a bad experience at another cafe. We had a bigger group with 3 young children. They could not be more helpful and welcoming! The food was ALL fantastic and great portion sizes. The coffee and other drinks were also lovely. We will definately be going back there! Suitable.for families for sure.

Southern fried chicken ciabatta and the eggs Benedict were very good. Slightly high on price but definitely worth every penny. Was very busy so took a while however it was Father's Day. I would definitely recommend and return

I was lucky enough to swindle Black Friday off work so called in to The Coffee Club Hornby after brutually ransacking Briscoes shelves for their "never to be repeated" sales and was most pleasantly welcomed by a happy employee behind the counter. One thing I noticed immediately was the decor, very tasteful yet not over the top. They have done well with what they have got, and a great location slightly away from the busy mall! I used my voucher to acquire a meal and glass of Pinot Gris...did I mention they were licenced? Ya had me at "How may I help you?" I then proceeded to find myself a seat, the bench style seats didn't sit well with me so I placed myself next to the fireplace. Lovely and warm and cosy! I ordered the fish and chips which came out promptly given they were over half capacity inside...a busy days trading no doubt! The young lady which presented the meal had not had any interaction with me thus far and yet she asked me how my day was going so far as she proceeded to place the meal down, which I thought was most charming. I have dined in 5 star restaurants and have not had any waiter nor waitress running food capable of building instant rapport so quickly and effortlessly when only delivering a meal, most just dump and run. Kudos! She has been trained well, as I observed her run meals and clear and clean tables with efficiency. The meal itself was presented well with a lovely accompanying salad with dressing, and topped with crumbled feta...my favourite! I started with that and munched my way through a meal that whilst it may not be hard to not screw up the traditional fish and chips, many do! This was however most satisfactory and cooked and drained well, with good sized portions offering value for money, and I felt full, not stuffed. I browsed the wine and beer list and it was certainly a fine selection, not the widest range of wines however they were clearly carefully selected as I was pleased with all options. The Ned Pinot Gris was up to standard as always. The cabinet food all looked scrumptious as well, but I love how they have a broad selection of freshly prepared/cooked to order menu items as well. In all my years of hospitality management it is hard to please a man such as myself, even if only calling past to gain sustenance for further shopping endeavours, yet this wee gem met and exceeded my expectations. Well done to you and your team at The Coffee Club Hornby, I will most certainly be back! The full 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

It's always disappointing when a franchise steers away from the mission statement of the parent company we were in the Hornby branch yesterday going for lunch and the guy behind the counter taking our order was abrupt and unfriendly stopping us enjoying our time there and with so many other choices we thought we wot go bck as I'm sure either the Emmanuelles or John would hve agreed. just saying people do now hve a huge choice with alot of choices being offered now and you never no who your customers are going to be or who they know

I have my favourite on the menu which never disappoints and the staff are friendly and always check to ensure you are happy with your meal. No complaints from me. All good. 😊

Staff very friendly but they need extra help as always very busy so there is a bit of a wait food is tasty today I had a bacon and egg quiche i think a little fruity chutney instead of tomato sauce would have been better coffee nice and hot
