M.Great coffee and an astounding fruit tart. Yum yum. Elegant surroundings and lovely service. A great find in historic Lawrence. We are about to bike to Beaumont so will work off the fruit tart.
B.First time there.
Very pleased. Food first rather than coffee and scone just heated enough and not far too hot like many places. Husband enjoyed his home-made cheese and mince pie as well.
Will go back.
D.Small cafe that was a decent stop passing through the town. Scones were delish, but the tea was oddly slightly salty. Meal range was limited the day I was there but they were obviously short of staff, maybe a covid thing. Nothing especially wrong with it, just no real strenghts to mention either. Worth a try as a alternative to the Pioneer so you have a chouce when in Lawrence.
S.Lovely tasty lunch in beautiful surrounds. Superb pastry on the bacon and egg quiche. Outstanding coffee.
K.Lovely building, nice outdoor area with tables/seating. Food selection seemed limited and what was available appeared to only be huge portions. Warm coffees.
K.Rosti stack was good rosti home made crunchy on outside lots of bacon gluten free.
H.Absolutely fantastic chai latte!! Perfect temperature consistency and flavour. Yummy toasted sandwiches and great service!
