n.Really amazing food and coffee!!! The latte was hot and creamy, the homemade pastry crispy with delicious filling, even the non-homemade pies are better than standard. No wonder it gets so many good reviews. Definitely worth coming. We enjoyed the food on the picnic table by the lake.

A.Great for travellers! Perfect if you’re staying at the Kingston Top 10 Holiday Park or passing to/from Queenstown. Excellent coffee made with local non-homogenised milk and Allpress beans.

J.Fantastic local cafe offering top notch coffee and epic cabinet food. Forgot something at the supermarket? Not to worry, they may just have what you need in their grocery section. These guys are doing a fantastic job keeping the wider community and all New Zealanders safe by adhering to the NZ Governments Covid-19 safety precautions. Obey the rules, wear a mask or have your exemption on hand if you can't wear one. Go team Alpine Start - you guys rock!
l.Fabulous Food and amazing coffee..sadly the wonderful staff have been the brunt of an nasty bullying campaign based on untruths, no one was refused service , I hope they don't take this to heart and keep on doing what they do for their loyal and local community
