Very nice little store having a rural feel to it. There is a wide range of gifts and souvenirs available at the store. The usual food and things are also available. Some items like the ice cream and bakery are speciality of them and attract a lot of tourists. We stopped here for a quick snack break and truly enjoyed the ice cream and other things here. The location of the store is convenient. Staff are very nice and helpful. Very highly recommended.

It is quite interesting place. A variety of goods. The store sell everything. Unique layout. Kind and friendly staffs. Must visit to see and buy some souvenirs. It is good place to have a short break.

Unfortunately, we made the mistake of eating in Queenstown; and paid dearly for it! Mrs Wooly's has yummy looking pies and a good range of fizzy drinks. Staff are lovely; there's a dog park (place to tie your dog up outside) with bowls of water too.

Berry crumble muffin - best ever. Friendly staff. Great array of local crafts people's wares for purchase.

So much to choose from, and then there's the food. Very friendly staff, homely rustic feel to the cafe and damn good cheese scones.

Great people, great coffee, a good range of groceries available for that last minute shopping before heading to the mountains. Good vegan range includes delicious pies, wraps and sweet treats. Also lots of cool gifts, books etc.

Very quirky place. The decor was interesting with it being both a Cafe and store. The Cafe offered a good selection of food and drinks we found the coffee and food we had was delicious. Interesting areas were set up for just sitting and enjoying your meal while customers were browsing the goods. Staff were super friendly and I would highly recommend this.

This store is great, unusual, quirky. We hired bikes from here and spent the day enjoying the local area. Following the trails advised we saw some great sights on mountain bikes, next time we will get ebikes but will definitely go again. After our ride we got some great vegan and vegetarian pies, well earned after 50k on the bike, and so worth the ride. If passing by definitely stop by and see some of the wonders on offer.

Great shop surpassing many inner city stores for its range of super good healthy foods

Lovely vibe and would love to mingle here for a bit. They have a decent vegetarian lentil pie, with a lunch time pie+drink deal you can’t miss. They have books, ceramics, honey, chocolate, souvenirs etc, all sourced locally. I especially love that they had peanut butter cups made with Pics (I’m a huge fan).

It was hard to hold back with all of the amazing products they offer! We probably spend over and hour in there. There is a outside area, food trucks that offer coffee and as a fellow booklover i wish i would have brought a book with me to contribute to the book exchange!

I have been traveling one year across New Zealand but these are the BEST HOT PIES EVER! Fresh, big, lots of filling and super yummy. Coffee also delicious, and 30 cents cheaper if you buy takeaway into your own cup. Nice and spacious souvenir shop, as well the store with a variety of camping gear, food and all supplies you need. Make sure you make a stop here when traveling in Glenorchy.

Such a cute little store! Stopped to get some small grocery items, as we were traveling in a campervan. Really good coffee too, which was a great bonus.

What a charming little shop! A great place to stop and grab a drink and some food whilst exploring the area. We loved stumbling across this little gem, and the eclectic mix of NZ wares that the shop sold. The variety of food was also really interesting. Definitely worth a stop if you are passing by!

Lovely staff, delicious and decently priced pies and coffee. Could not recommend this place enough! The showers are a tad expensive (7$ for 10 minutes) but still worth it. The staff were very happy to recommend hikes and places to camp.

One of life’s best ever pies. Pork belly pie with real and big chunks of pork belly with the perfect amount of apple sauce to compliment and not override. Flaky pastry was the perfect casing. Worth every cent of the $8.90. Amazing. Going by the wife’s reaction it should be renamed the ‘Holy Shit’ pork belly pie. Definitely worth the drive

We stopped here in desperate need of a coffee break after a long day hiking the Routeburn Track, expecting little more than a hot drink. But the coffee was actually superb, better than anything in Queenstown, and the tea was also good, and instantly fixed when we were given the wrong order. The 2 guys behind the counter were very efficient, and there was was also a great range of cakes and other food. A very popular stop for tour buses and day trippers, so it can be busy and while the souvenirs on offer are pricey, they are a better quality and range than you will find in most places. Well worth the stop.

This is an amazing outpost where good coffee or hot chocolate can be had with delicious pie. We stopped for a break here before going on for a walk. This shop is packed with goods, highly recommend.

Undoubtedly the best pie I have had in recent memory. I ordered a vege pie and coffee, which were both absolutely delicious. On the way to eat outside, the door clipped my hand and I spilt my coffee. One of the lovely staff members, Ferdy, came over straight away to help me out and even insisted on making me a new coffee! I would highly recommend Mrs. Woolly's based on both the food and the service.

What a location! The staff were polite and attentive upon us walking in and made good conversation with the other customers. The store is full of hand made accessories and a variety of apparel. The prices aren’t cheap, but it’s a supply and demand location, not really anywhere else to go. Down from the store is where we got our best photos whilst in Queenstown.

Had a stop for tea and coffee here, was a lovely visit. There were many things to buy if you are up for souvenirs and some Manuka honey. Those soft toys were my favorite.

Located at heart of the town, this general store is much more than just a store. You can get some quick bite, juices, coffee and fruits. Bike hire, book exchange, information center and lovely sitting place outside the store. Good stop during your trip. Toilets are dirty ;(

Great Ice cream, served in a waffle with fruit. Old fashioned sweets. Usual souvenirs. Asked if I could add the milk to my tea. The waitress went ahead and poured it with tea bag still in cup. Yuck

PIES! I would make the drive from Queenstown just for the pies! I don't know what they do, but the crunchy flaky top of a pie, is also the bottom of the pie, it's just mind blowing and so delicious! I would pay double what they are asking for another one of those cheese & mince pies

Cute little store situated as you enter Glenorchy. We enjoyed some ice cream while taking in the mountains and scenery.

Its like a general store but so much more open early till late but also has alot of Information for glenorchy and surrounding areas. Friendly staff great outdoor area. Beautifully made and layed out shops allways clean and tidy. Definately worth a stop.

Mrs Wooley's General Store is an absolute gem! Everything in the store is beautifully curated, local and very good quality. All three of us bought something from the diverse range of goods and were thrilled with our finds! Truly a great store, I would recommend anyone going through the area to stop in.
