C.
Friendly happy staff. I ordered Cappuccino and the froth was sooo smooth. I dfinitely recommend this coffee shop. Hope the owner looks after the staff well 😊

Cool little cafe just in the central part of Dunedin. It has a relaxed and hip atmosphere where young people are hanging around. A nice place to be stopping by for some coffee. Overall I cannot say it was expensive and the menu was fairly reasonable. Staff was friendly and helpfull.

A cafe that I love to visit. Friendly staffs, good price and great taste. Will back next time to try other food.

Average price, not expensive but the foods quality is great. I ordered Salmon Eggs Benedict, Cheese Roll and lemon cake. Will try the coffee and other foods.

A spacious cafe on George Street. They set seats on the walkway when the weather suits. They provide a good variety of dishes and have good coffees.

Yes, they serve delicious coffee; and the pastries are heavenly. (I kept staring at the strawberry and white chocolate muffin I was eating to make sure it was real.) But go for the breakfast! The inadequately named Roast (portobello) Mushrooms are a symphony that includes spinach and a perfectly poached egg on toasted ciabatta bread. (I also ordered the bacon but it was large and tasty enough on its own.) Add to all this friendly service and you have no excuse not to try this wonderful restaurant.

Very busy however staff handled it well. Was recommended to us. We were lucky to get a table. Highly recommend.

Had a quickish stop here before a conference lecture for breakfast. They have quite a few items in the cabinet but the cinnamon roll wasn't there. Had to ask for it at the counter. Grabbed a cinnamon roll and hot chocolate. The cinnamon rolls were hot from the oven and served with butter. Easily inhaled it and had the hot chocolate on the go. Really delicious and a great start to the day. The hot chocolate was nice but the white hot chocolate was better.

We had our first experience at The Good Oil this morning and we were highly impressed! All the staff were friendly and helpful, the cafe was cosy and warm.
The coffee was FANTASTIC!
We had the salmon on kumara mash and it was delicious, perfect poached eggs and the hot smoked salmon was yum.
Thank you for creating a wonderful start to our day and we will be back!
