T.If we had known this was being used for Emergency Housing, we would have cancelled our booking. We would have preferred to have known this in advance so we had the choice to book elsewhere, rather than show up and see a kid walking round with a tyre iron hitting things. It was not an assumption on our behalf that the residents were Emergency Housing clients, as we asked and it was confirmed by the owner. We didn't appreciate our credit card being charged prior to our arrival as we had specifically sent a message saying we would use a different card when we got there. This message was ignored. The room was nice, good amenities and lovely decor. However, not impressed and not likely to stay here again.
C.Lovely little motel, I would stay there again and most probably will, the bed was quite firm and the couch was in an odd position in the room that being said all in all was a fine place to stay for a work trip and the service was warm and friendly.
G.VERY clean, friendly welcome with uniquely bottled milk for your coffee. Highly recommend.

R.I actually visit someone who is in emergency accommodation in this motel. The male manager I spoke to seems a very genuine person! The cleaners are lovely and the standard of the rooms is pristine!
L.A warm friendly welcome upon arrival. I was upgraded to a newly refurbished room by management. I also ordered the continental breakfast. The breakfast was bought to my room during the evening so I could have it when required. The room was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
P.Beautiful unit, excellent facilities and fittings. Smart tv and air conditioning a must these days. Wish every motel had such lovely features.
J.My husband and I really enjoyed our stay for the weekend. We arrived late after a 7 hour drive. The manager was wonderful and accommodating and cleaning staff really helpful and friendly. Loved the spa and comfy bed. We are heading back down for Easter next year so will be coming back here to stay. Thank you to the management and your staff
t.It was warm, clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Check in was very efficient and quick. One thing I might say was required is definitely Air Con Units .. the fans were old and noisy. It is hot 🥵 in Gisborne, hot hot.
Otherwise I would stay again. Location close enough to the township and yet further enough away that there is no real road noise 👍🏽

C.Very nice motel run by lovely people. Lots of space, clean, and comfortable. There is no air-conditioning, just a ceiling fan which unfortunately did not help during the heat and humidity.
W.Great room and staff, nice and tidy. Except probably not the best place is needing Internet connection for work anything important. The WiFi stays up for 5 seconds at most, then is unconnected for a few minutes and the cycle repeats.

B.The service was good.....she explain clearly that the room won't be cleaned during Christmas Day.......and if we needed towels please let them know. Also very close to an Indian Restaurant, A Takeaway shop and Dairy.
