Hmmm Well the steak sandwich I ordered tasted pretty good. The food presentation was also very good. The service and interaction from the young ladies running the place was also faultless. Don't want to be harsh on it but they do need to keep on top of a few housekeeping issues such as cleanliness of toilets , glassware etc. Nice place.

Popped in here on a late Sunday morning. Place was moderately busy already. The interior is beautifully set up, adorned with aviation items, art and other items. The seating is cosy. I had a simple cheese scone and a flat white. Scone was nice and warm and the coffee was good.

Loved this place! It was just by chance was pulled in to get a take out coffee but this welcoming staff and gorgeous interior seduced us to stay for a delicious breakfast. Nice to see the local farmers supporting this cafe/homewares shop.

Able to call in en route home, for a lovely late lunch today. Good food & coffee. Very little wait. Warm by a heater. Pleasant staff. 15 minutes from home so a good place to take visitors & if they're interested there is the Aircraft museum to visit & possibly little planes flying in to the Mandeville airfield.

Lovely place - really nice atmosphere, delicious food and friendly service. A real gem in the deep south 😊 also, the attached store, money for wine, is fantastic as well - beautifully curated, mostly nz made fashion and jewellery and assorted nice things. Lovely, friendly proprietress too. Great experience all round.

Wonderful place to visit. Good coffee and exceptional food. Had the corn fritters and bacon. Very tasty. Nice and warm inside with a decent fire. Would recommend going there.

I had the gf corn fritter stack that I had seen on Facebook during the week and it was absolutely delicious. Saturday lunch time got busy with a tour bus arriving just after we ordered our lunch yet the staff looked super calm and the coffees and food continued to flow out in what seemed a seamless efficient manner. Very impressed with the food, coffee and service. Keep up the awesome work guys!

A very interesting place to visit with great coffee, friendly staff, and good sized mid day meals. The air museum is a very good visit displaying aircraft, art work, and on the right days, the first steam engine.

(Translated) Our bus stopped right at the 96 for a little break at this nice little and clean restaurant. We were served friendly and were able to enjoy drinks and delicious dishes in a pleasant atmosphere. In the neighboring room, clothes and gifts were available for purchase. Unfortunately there was no time left to visit the aircraft museum in the neighborhood. A few meters further there is a memorial for victims of the 1st and 2nd World War within a boundary. (Original) Direkt an der 96 gelegen stoppte unser Bus für eine kleine Pause an dieser netten kleinen und sauberen Gaststätte. Wir wurden freundlich bedient und konnten in angenehmer Atmosphäre Getränke und leckere Speisen genießen. Im Nachbarraum wurden Kleidung und Geschenke zum Kauf angeboten. Leider war für den Besuch des in der Nachbarschaft gelegenen Flugzeugmuseums keine Zeit mehr. Wenige Meter weiter befindet sich innerhalb einer Begrenzung ein Denkmal für Opfer des 1. und 2.Weltkrieges.
