I.Nice small cafe. I was expecting more breakfast options. Had a nice kumara dish. Sat in the window seat, a little cramped with neighbouring table and awkward to get to when someone was sitting next door. Staff were polite and served my food well heated.

C.I have been to many cafes in my 60+ years and the food at the Green Room is the best I've experienced. The originality of dishes all made on site made choosing difficult. Went for the spicy mince/sour cream/sweet chili on potato skins and the ganache filled version of an anzac biscuit. Both are great!

T.What a great wee spot for morning tea and a light bite. Had the delicious corn fritters and a cup of tea, the staff were very accomodating of my dietary requirements and happy to help and make suggestions for alternatives. Loved the decor and old cinema chairs.
M.An excellent cafe in the heart of Gore's CBD, with a great variety of hot and cold food choices available from the cabinet. The Green Room has a fresh and creative menu, with all items cooked on the premises. A selection of freshly baked savoury scones and muffins adds to the choice. Specific dietary requirements are well catered for. Service is friendly and efficient. A great place to relax with a coffee and the daily papers, the Green Room Cafe is definitely the locals' choice.
