Be aware that the menu has changed and added cost and less options. Value for money is not good, back and eggs, with 2 strip's of bacon is now $19 up from $15 and full breakfast is $25 up from $23. The food was fairly ok, coffee was ok, decor is also ok. Nothing wrong with the place and at old prices was pretty good, now not worth the extra cost.

Great food and coffee!! Service could have been done with a smile instead of a glare..! Decor prob needs an update in such a affluent part of the city. Will visit again

Am visiting from out of town taking my mother for lunch. Nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. My long black was good slightly bitter aftertaste but that is just the bean. I succumbed to the French toast made with brioche and it was very good. My mother has the corn and zucchini fritters with fries she thought the fritters could have been crispier but otherwise enjoyed her meal and coffee. Recommended cost is moderate $$.

My wife and I enjoyed an exceptional breakfast here very recently. We sat outside and enjoyed the sun. We received a few judging stares off doggie folk, as it appears these seats are favored by them, due to the accommodating water bowl (for the dogs, not the folks). Look forward to going back.

Very nice food (both cabinet and kitchen), great selection of drinks and always fast friendly service. Quite often find myself returning here on work trips. Free wifi too!

Hubby and I took his parents for lunch on the recommendation of a Real Estate agent and I was nervous to try something new with the in-laws however they absolutely loved the creamy seafood chowder which my husband also thoroughly enjoyed. I had the ham and cheese toasty with THE best flat white of my life. Service was excellent, chairs were nice, restaurant was warm and comfortable and I just can’t say enough about how grateful I was see my in-laws so satiated! Super highly recommended!

Superb service and good coffee We ordered one creamy mushroom to share expecting one full plate and another empty sharing plate for our table. Instead to our surprise we received two identical plates of the dish (suppose slightly smaller plates) which both looked and tasted amazingly yummy. Cappuccino was smooth and rich too. One of the best coffees I’ve had in Hamilton and THE best service so far!

Was my first visit to Olive cafe with my daughter today. We were very impressed with everything! The staff were friendly & polite, the food we ordered came super quick & we both enjoyed our meals. Will definitely be back :)

Love this cafe. Visited today with my husband and I had the seafood chowder which was creamy and delicious. Service was fast and friendly I liked the decor and the nice feeling of the cafe. I will definitely visit again.

Found this place by searching for cafe near me whilst in Hamilton for the day. Food was great as was iced coffee which was excellent. Easy parking. Service staff need some training as did not seem very confident when bringing food to table. Would still recommend highly

Having had lovely coffee for here many times before I decided to order breakfast this morning... looked delicious but the bacon in the bene felt and tasted like it had been sitting about for a while... that hard as rock feeling. Tough and chewy. Cafe wasn’t busy so I am not sure why you’d precook bacon. Coffee was yum and the eggs were cooked well ... shame it marred.

The cafe has a great atmosphere and is well lit. The staff ar friendly and inviting. We ordered the eggs benedict and two cold beverages. The beverages came out with great haste and were very refreshing. The food came out extremely fast considering the cafe was quite full. Over all this is a great cafe to come in for breakfast and luch if you want something affordable and great tasting with good service. Will be back again

The menu is not large but a decent coffee in Flagstaff . There aren't many alternatives around so ok food and decent coffee probably higher rated than the food
