It’s a little out of the way, but we have made the trip out to Cinnamon twice recently. We are always struck by the staff. They are all really friendly and helpful, but relaxed too. It gives the place a great atmosphere. The cabinet always has something nice in it. Though we usually end up eating off menus. Pretty decent coffee and hot chocolates to be had here too. My daughter loves their curly fries.

Today was our second visit. Service is AMAZING. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The cabinet food looked very tempting but we were all full after our delicious breakfast. The coffee was perfectly made, we will be back again. Thanks team!

Stopped by for a quick brunch this Sunday morning and they had great service. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I ordered their Blueberry Pancakes while my friend had their Mushroom on Toast and both were really good. The pancakes were fluffy and moist and the aroma was appetizing. Great place to visit and dine in.

A very nice cafe, had the hot cake stack which was very nice, however it could have used a few improvements, more banana ( only given half of one) and the sauce they give you is not enough for the 4 hotcakes, also the :"waffle crunch" was pointless and would have been better crumbled over the top or switching it to a a different style of crunch. We also had the lambs fry which was near perfect, could have used a touch more bacon so you get some with every bite. The coffee was only a 3/5 very average. All in all a great little cafe but could be so much better with a couple of small changed

Was a great decision to find this place in Hamilton for breakfast/lunch on our way to Auckland. The service was really friendly and the food lived up to its high reviews. I had the corn fritters and my boyfriend ordered the salmon eggs Benedict, and there were lots of yum sounds made!

Had brunch a few weeks ago. The service was excellent. Drinks arrived within 5 mins of placing the order. Breakfast arrived shortly after. The food was tasty and the presentation was perfect. Cinnamon was busy but with ample staff this place seemed to run like clockwork. I was impressed. I will certainly be back to this place and one to add to the brunch list.

Very nice for a brunch, good quality and size. Priced a little high but you can see where the bit of extra money goes with lots of staff and good quality food. Worth the little bit if distance from the base for a more neighbourhood feel. Big breakfast is a very decent size.

Came to Hamilton for meeting and we've swung by this cafe (as it had great reviews on Google). Their food and coffee was amazing as people said in Google. I must say that their service was incredible (as compare to Auckland). We received food before our coffee. We ordered Eggs Benee and Bacon Bagels, both were delicious. I would agree with other reviewers that this is one the best cafe in Hamilton :)

Always good. Plentiful staff who know what they are doing and it shows. Willing to juggle tables and fit in those not booked. Good selections and an adaptable menu complimented by prompt service. Lost out by one star today as toast was somewhat over done - perhaps some might say burnt and not very hot. Busy day?

It is good local café. I took peach smoothie but when I saw it, I thought it is strawberry smoothie. The color seems like strawberry. However, taste was really nice and it cools me down. Good location and good smoothie!

I can recommend their carrot cake 👌 But like so many cafe's they should work out the background music. People go to a cafe for cafe food and drink plus to talk and listen to the conversation with their friends. You go to a night club to drink dance and talk over the Top of the music.

If you are looking for the a cafe that has fantastic service, no long waits, yummiest food in town, incredible presentation, sitting inside or out, reasonable pricing, this is cafe for you. We had lunch at this amazing cafe yesterday and can only sing it's praises. Hubby had lambs fry and bacon - it was the best he's ever had and it's his usual choice in cafes. I thoroughly enjoyed a very tasty Caesar salad - it was packed with flavour and generous with the fried chicken and parmesan. This cafe is humming and no wonder - it's the best in town.

A split baguette with a difference, not just two plates but a small tasty salad and smear of mayo on each plate. That's class.

A nice cafe, but very expensive for what you get. I wanted to order a full grill but with one of everything instead of two since I didn't want to waste any food. I was advised it would be best to 'build my own' breakfast, which ended up pretty much the same price as the breakfast nearly twice the size. I finished off my meal with a lemon slice that had almost no lemon flavour at all. Coffee was lovely.

Today was Lanbs Fry and it was delicious, mixed with a vanilla latte it was the perfect start to the day. Get in early as it gets very busy and enjoy a table outside us my advice. Book if a larger group. My only complaint would be that the tables are a little to close together inside

I've been to Cinnamon a handful of times and have always had good coffee and good food. The staff are very friendly (even when my kids are acting crazy). There's lots of nice indoor and outdoor seating options, some traditional table set-ups and some couch/lounge-type set-ups as well.

We were driving nearby on Saturday and having heard of Cinnamon's reputation decided to stop in for a coffee & cake. My partner is in a wheelchair and cafe access is always an interesting thing. We sat outside and had the help of a young man to access the table better. Very courteous and stopped for a wee chat. I went in and ordered our coffees, which were excellent, a savoury muffin and date scone. Baked goods were high quality. we wrapped some up to take home, and another of the wait staff noticed us doing that and ran and got us a paper bag. She also assisted me with directions in getting the wheelchair out.From a wheelchair point of view - tough to get to the ramp (to the inside of the cafe) in the middle of the patio, but that said, at least there was a ramp, where many do not.Food & Coffee excellent and service outstanding. Will come back.

Great for brunch or lunch. Nice range of quality cabinet and menu food (the build-your-own salmon bagel is a personal favourite) with great coffee. Service is very pleasant and professional, although there can be a bit of a wait for food as it's always busy. Pleasant environment with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating both shaded and sunny. Highly recommended as long as you're not on a tight time limit.

Great food and well greating from staffs. Only thing we kept asked if they could remove the dishes while still having meals and desserts. One of the staffs was already grabing my plate to clean up while our half of food were still left in the dishes... I believe cafe is where people pass by, greeting, and happy chats going on between all. After 5 times being asked to clean up the dishes within less than an hour arrival, we left after probably quater of food left behind us. Foods are great, well decorated .

Music was really loud. Seats we quite right together. Decor is very ruff and old. Food was okay, certainly tasted like homemade pancakes, which I suppose is fine. Lemon curd on pancake was random but I ate it. Coffee was really good.

Had a lovely brunch here with my sister this morning. There were no vegan items on the menu but three options that could be veganised were clearly marked. I had the soft tacos which were delicious with a filling of beans, iceberg and olive tapinade. The staff were polite and friendly; the atmosphere relaxed; great coffee.

I will usually complain about something I didn't like whether it was the food or the service but at Cinnamon my meal was delicious, the service outstanding on the day we went and what sold me on giving a 5 star rating was seeing a young staff member pick up a piece of rubbish off the floor that another waiter had accidentally dropped without knowing. I just about asked her to come work for me. Well done to this young lady. We were very impressed.

My friend loves the kidney dish there. The only place that sells a liver & kidney dish she says. I didn't have any of it, but the sauce in it tasted so yum. I think it's liver & kidney with bacon & mushroom with mashed potato. I had a lamb burger & fries. It took ages just to eat it. Their food is yum. & I also had a spirulina smoothie & my friend had a cappuccino. I think I need to go there more to enjoy cinnamon.

Been going to this cafe for years!!! Love the place,great food , great coffee and the staff are clearly treated well as they are always happy and friendly! Sometimes the music is to loud but if you ask them to turn it down a bit they are always happy to do so. I will continue to visit weekly!!!

Coffee was good (rich fruity flavor ), unless you're planning to order outside the standard coffee type eg soy decaf - looked like a runny turd! The food is amazing, the chef had been a personal chef for Sir Richard Branson, and you can see why - highly recommend.
