E.Amazing service! Sorted my poor little E61 Rocket (that had been butchered by someone else and needed some serious love). Managed to get me sorted in the last few days before Christmas, including securing parts etc. Talk about a Christmas miracle. 🤣 Fantastic service, it’s like having a new machine. Stoked to find some super competent espresso engineers in Hamilton. Thanks!!
I.Dropped our machine off Friday before Christmas expecting to pick up it up in the new year but on Tuesday afternoon got phone call to let us know job done.We were absolutely delighted with their prompt service and their charges are also reasonable. We will certainly be return customers and have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
T.Top service, got my bottomless portafilter the day after I ordered it, has totally transformed my coffee making (ecm technika). Duane is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone.

Our Machine is old style, mainly manually operated, but after the service and cleanout, it goes really well.
We had been faced with looking for a new machine, but now with regular servicing and the odd small part replacement, it should outlast many of the new machines.

P.I get my machine serviced annually. This year was the first time I've used espresso road due to a recommendation from a friend. I don't know what they did (well... they did tell me) but my pressure is better, the pour is more consistent, and I am making better coffee. I'll definitely be back next year!
