The most delicious Macha latte & my partner's coffee was 'spectacular' Had 4 different types of plant milk. Coconut, oat, soy & almond. So glad we chose to stop here, as I am on a health-kick at the moment. Not always easy to find healthy on the run! In addition: Friendly staff and proprietor ☺️ Plus: - had even put up a pleasant screen for takeaway clients. (Covid safe.) -would recommend tourists & passer-bys looking for an upmarket cafe with a beautiful interior, yet very good pricing to stop here. & Nope not paid to say this! Just love spreading good news when I can, and hope this review will help this business during covid recovery times ☺️ We will definitely be stopping by next time, thank you again for the amazing hot drinks, the red beetroot latte was divine 😋

Great spot for a quick lunch. My husband ordered the roast pork ramen noodles and I had the seafood chowder. Both dishes were very tasty and an ample serve. Excellent coffee too.

Lots of free outside-the-door car parking. On Gordonton Road this is a good place to stop and catch your breath. Coffee-to-go came wrapped in a napkin which was thoughtful because it made it easy to hold (usually cups are too hot to hold). There's a lovely selection of art on the walls (for sale) as well as gifty-type trinkets (for self or others).

My 1st time and I enjoyed the Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Great to hear the chatter between the staff and regular patrons. The pineapple juice was delish 👌

On a trip to a customer we stopped here for breakfast. There is enough space to park your car. Inside you're welcome by friendly staff. I had a latté and the macadamia golden muesli. Service was quick and the coffee decent. I liked the muesli a lot. In addition to the macadamias it also had some berries and just enough honey crisps to get a good balance. I'll probably have the same next time I stop by.. Others in our group had eggs in toast which with relish. They, too liked their food. This is a good place for a break when you're heading South or North and you want to bypass Hamilton on the East via Cambridge. For us it was a good opportunity to get a bite to eat before we met our customers. I'd be happy to change to five stars once they refurbish their toilets. Although it's clean it's quite aged and I think not quite up to the standards the FirePot Café meets otherwise.

Called in for late lunch last Monday and was amazed at what food was available. Chicken filo thing with salad and it was soooo good.

Run by a Chinese family, this was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent with a large variety available from the menu. A small criticism: the table had not been wiped down and we did that ourselves. Well worth a stop.

Really great little stop on our trip from Waihi to Raglan. There was nothing but farmland and we were getting a bit desperate! Lovely surprise to find this cafe. Cabinet food was great, service, food quality, presentation and flavour all excellent. The highlight- the best melting moment biscuit i have ever eaten!!!

Great coffee! Just what we needed. I agree with another reviewer that it’s a bit pricey and I’m not sure why it is – maybe because it’s so remote. But the café was there for us at the right time and the right place, so be it. Plus the staff were really friendly!

This is a real gem of a place with easy parking. You literally just veer off the road. The establishment is very clean, artistic and intimate. Definitely try the food, my wife really enjoyed the homemade pie. They also make a robust coffee and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommended.

Stunning cabinet choice available even at 3.30pm when we arrived from Tauranga enroute to Auckland . Cheerful, helpful service. We have changed our travel plans to stop here. They have Keto and Raw treats plus lots of other delicious food options. Highly recommend you stop here ❤

Great value for money (l'm talking breakfast here) with service you would expect. Also they have a free conference room to a total of 40 people if you eat there. Sounds good but I would suggest you make the necessary booking accordingly. Parking is not a problem. Make an effort and enjoy the journey too.

Although it some time since we visited it is still vivid in my memory. We stopped here for breakfast on our way from Auckland to Rotoroua. My choice, pancakes with banana and maple syrup. When it arrived the plate was huge with three giant pancakes filled with chopped banana and covered in what seemed like a gallon of maple syrup. Absolute heaven. If I ever pass anywhere near here again, I'm in for pancakes.

Go here all the time as I am a local. Food is cheaper, tastier and of much better quality than profs at woodlands (Gordonton). The coffee is amazing the service is always great and the food comes out super fast and really is bang for your buck. Will always come back here.

First time and not too impressed, which is a shame, ordered a steak sandwich which was nice but nothing great, meat was slightly over cooked, but at least it wasn't dry and chewy, although it did have a lot of grizzle on it. The board that it was served on was far too small for the dish/food. I dropped my food on the table more then 5 times and made a mess, not only that, can you be sure that the table is not dirty....? I couldn't move my food around to cut the steak, did not have room nor the area to catch any falling food... Great for presentation but not for practicality. Partners BLT was just on molenburg toast and felt we could have done that one at home. Nothing special about that meal, you need to make it your meal. The fries were... Different and the curly fries was half rounds and not curly. Should of gone to the pla e next door as it would of been cheaper then the $70+ that we spent. This is one place I won't be recommending to friends

I ordered the Angus beef burger expecting a big slab of Angus meat or a traditional Angus meat patty. Definitely wasn't expecting the curry (or other similar spice) and carrot filled beef patty that came out. I didn't want curry so wasn't pleased at all. Otherwise it's a nice setting, good selection of cabinet and menu food and good service.

Terrific menu, delicious food, lovely ambience, very busy. I was "growled" at by staff when I tried to get a second cup of coffee - so I asked for a waitress to cone and take an order. I was then told, "We don't do that." Hmmmm! Lose a star, darling!
