L.Great coffee and cold drinks, food is decent, it's clean and good customer service. Some wheelchair accessible areas, toilets not far, plenty of parking and a nice outdoor seating area if it's nice weather. I totally recommend the cocoa loco cold coffee...it's awesome
D.Food wasn't that good. Both me and my wife got eggs Benedict, while it looked good the fact was that the bacon was overcooked. The bread was also very firm, if not stale. On a positive note, the coffee was decent and the mushrooms ordered as a side added to the meals flavor...
M.Customer Service was so wonderful and their food absolutely made with love and passion. Thank you so much for making our breakfast here magic.

L.Lovely wee coffee shop tucked up in the upper level of Chartwell shopping centre near Farmers. They have these lovely muffins with lemon curd filling, so Yum! I like their lemon and ginger tea using the syrup version, very nice!

C.Gloria Jeans Chartwell is my favourite coffee place in Hamilton. They are often rushed off their feet, but staff always have a smile and are so polite and helpful. They do an amazing soy mocha, one of the few places that do soy well. My only complaint is that they need a few more vegetarian choices on the menu.
m.Lovely mugs for the coffees great size it's only the position of the cafe that's the downfall its tucked away in the corner so hidden and not alot of room it would be good if it was were the coffee club downstairs is.
