Great place for coffee and most of the staff are friendly. I will say though I have to order an extra shot of espresso for my caramel frappe because with out it it's like sugar ice. Could do with a decent amount of whip cream on top hate when one person does a small amount and then other fills the lid... Place needs a good scrub. Floors dirty, walls dirty or dusty, window need a wash and chairs have stains or are old.

The reno looks beautiful. Great selection of merchandise. I think this store has best online ordering system (better than Chartwell that's for sure). Staff always remember your name, too, and happy to accommodate for a coffee noob (like me) to explain what options I have. Pretty busy most weekends but it's a no brainer because of how nice they are!

Hmmm the best I could describe the Caramel Latte I got, is average. It wasn't great, but not horrible either. Been here a couple of times in recent weeks with others and we all shared the same opinion: that for a business who's primary operation is to make coffee, some improvement is needed. Won't be heading back in a hurry. Slightly disappointing, to be honest.

tasty drinks of course but poor hygiene the floor is always dirty with stains and chunks of food and looks unkept and most of the tables aren’t cleared - the few that are even empty that is. Always busy and don’t count on sitting more than 1-2 people.

A short walk from the Caro Street car charger, staff are friendly despite the obvious pressure of a rush. About five minutes to get my order, a decent sausage roll and a cold brew, was good performance considering the demand. And by the time I got back to my car it had charged; all together a good experience. The downside was the fact that the cold brew came in a plastic cup with a plastic straw. I applaud the steel cutlery on offer, but feel it could be extended to include steel straws and pottery cups for cold drinks.

Although very busy and I'm not someone who likes to que, the team took my order and l got my fabulous coffee within 15 minutes. I love Ward Street Starbucks its clean (evidenced by the loos), tidy well set up and the staff are friendly. I'm always greeted and the staff know my order and name, (that could mean I drink way to much coffee) which makes me feel like a real valued customer. Well done Ward Street Starbucks, I'm a tough customer to please and you guys do it everytime without fail.

A bit on the slow side for a Starbucks. Very few clients in the shop. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day.

Lovely location and amazing staff. I go there at least once a week. They have special seasonal drinks which are always worth trying. There's plenty of space outside as well. Free Wi-Fi and some great food as well.

My friend and I came in, they were busy and our order got lost. With us not having to seen each other for a while we didn’t notice and were happy chatting. Although when came to attention the staff quickly got our drinks up. To whoever is on this day (26/01/2020 at1:50pm) from two other hospo workers we understand and you’re all doing amazing! Quite a nice Starbucks. Service is Okay, it wasn't bad but it wasn't amazing. Drink was good though.

Served by Sez. Wonderful chirpy lady. Great coffee, always is. Indoor and outdoor seating. Usually pretty busy here. Needed to use the bathroom, have to ask for a key, and it's attached to a giant plastic fork. The bathrooms are clean and we'll maintained. Food available here, I personally don't like it and find it to be expensive. But, best coffee in town

Love love love this place! Best customer service I get, they always greet me by my name and a smile. Staff are really friendly and easy to have a quick chat with. They always know what I’m after right down to how many coffee shots I have. Don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 3 mins for a coffee even when they were super busy. I rate these guys 10/10 😊

Love me Coffee! And the girls are just super cool. They went on a hunt for a lighter because i forgot mine. You can smoke outside if you wish. Girls are also onto it! about their environment. Exchange some movies suggestions. Friendly staff and good and fast service

Staff are nice enough, food is very average and a bit pricey. The furniture you sit on is horrendous, i swear its almost the same chairs for the last 20 years and are so dirty and grime ridden. The coffee and frapps are what you would expect and the toilet is clean enough. Just those chairs...... Otherwise i would have rated it higher

Absolutely love this place. Right in the heart of town and close to the busy CBD too. Staff are friendly, always willing to help. Some even know your order before you place it! Good.to know they pay attention to their customers. I would LOVE to give them a 5 star, however I have given then a 4 star for these reasons: * Furniture and bathroom facilities do need updating. The bathroom is kept locked so vandalism does not happen, but it is very dark, dreary and needs a lift. The furniture is wearing, and there are never enough tables during peak hours. * If you have your coffee, latte, frappe, etc. Without sugar, syrup or sweetener you actually have to ASK the staff NOT to put it in. They now automatically do, and it is frustrating. Not everyone likes to sweeten their drinks.

Very busy on a Sunday afternoon. Trendy, with efficient service. High quality caramel machiato and cappuccino with plenty of room for sociable sitting. Recommended experience in Hamilton, near Centre Place Mall.

I love Starbucks but I will never go back to the Hamilton central one there is a guy called William that works there who took over 10 mins to make my coffee I had to ask at the counter and he says oh I better finish it then when I got my frap it had melted it was just liquid and couldn't even taste the coffee
