Staff is lovely and friendly.
Please read my advice as a constructive criticism, as I personally found that coffee is too strong, bitter and no taste. When it combines with food, I feel ... I don't know how to describe.. but not that great.
Hot chocolate is too sweet for me as well. I am not sure if they can find 100% chocolate powder and add sugar bag on a side of a cup.
I highly recommend this place for brunch menu and pastries.❤️❤️

I was not familiar with this area so I googled a cafe around there. Found this one and review was good. I ordered coffee and small snack.
Waited for 20 mins nothing had came. I had another plan to do so I needed the place asap.I went to the counter and asked where my order was. The Staff (I think he was a duty manager on the day) asked me what did I order and checked with barista. He came back and told me its on the way. I think they should apologize first as I'd been waiting coffee for more than 20 mins which is not normal. I didn't even order food. Coffee was good. The cabinet food I ordered was good too. There was a fly in the cabinet though.
J.Good range of fresh food, super delicious with great customer service. They did forget our order however I believe they tried their best as it was quite busy and we ordered alot. I would try this place again, the gourmet hot drinks are awesome.

S.Quite expensive prices but I did enjoy my food along with my hot drink! Sitting inside does not protect you from the flies that are hanging around you/your food/your drinks unfortunately, but not much can be done about that!
P.What a awesome cafe. 5 of us spent 2 hours of catch up over some lovely food n coffees. Staff on there best behavior as always. Tried at Maeroa Rd Sugar bowl but seating was taking. Nice to try had a great feed n coffees. GD on u Sugar Bowl. 😃😎👍

J.Delicious lunch on a sunday afternoon witj a set of beautiful friends and hearts. The food prep is filled with Love and freshness
They definitely redeemed themselves with me on sunday when on saturday they forgot my order lol And i got to see evryone elses cool mouthwatering meals.but I wud go back. So if ur looking for a warm cafe atmosphere and good cooking, do give it a try
