T.Whilst the new group of shops out on Borman Rd may look like nothing special, hidden away in the Corner, this cafe is a real gem. Brand new building with polished concrete floors, but quite simple crisp decor that’s not trying too hard. The tables are also nicely spaced out so you don’t feel crowded. The menu is not extensive, and you won’t find a Big Breakfast on this list, but you have a good selection of well thought out items with their particular twist. For instance, the eggs bene came with thick cut bacon, buttery hollandaise and butternut purée. We also tried the ‘smashed avo’ which had picked vegetables between the bread and the avo - unexpected but it worked deliciously well. All well executed meals that were a perfect portion size. The coffee used Grey Roast, and was hood quality. The staff were very accommodating of a 19 month old, and had just the right level of engagement. And, as there is no pavement seating you’ll be unlikely to see a pack of cyclists there… Well worth a visit - get in while it’s still good!
T.Went for brunch at a busy time and the staff were lovely and welcoming, order taken quickly and food came out within about 5-10 minutes 👍🏼
However, we had finished our meals and still no coffee (ordered same time as meal), came out about 20 minutes after we ordered!
Food was really good and the coffee was nice when it eventually came out, also saw another lady waiting for takeaway coffee for about 20-30 minutes as we were eating 😬
Other than that issue, lovely food, service of the waitresses was very good and friendly, nice atmosphere 😊
V.First visit today. Truly scrumpious food and smooth and creamy coffee. I want the recipe for the chutney and the macarons are also a treat!Situated in the new Horsham Downs Village Shops at the top of Borman Road this is a useful destination, co-located with Fruit and Veg shop, Gift Boutique, Fiordilatte Gelato, Rainforest Malaysian Restaurant and a wonderful Lekker shop. Treat yourself and yes those macarons are special.

I got the kumera waffles and an iced coffee with coconut milk . Looked amazing 🤩
Waffles were plain , lacking salt or flavour . Fried chicken was 10/10 amazing!
Dished felt like it was missing something .
Iced coffee just tasted like sugar syrup which was disappointing as I love just a espresso coffee shot topped with coconut milk (icedcoffee) . But this you hardly could taste the coffee or milk .
Just little things to work on I guess!
Over all I’ll be back to try something else on menu .
