v. r.An excellent value Hastings Cafe with amazing bakery kai, that is simple bit delicious. The kai cost is very reasonable and you can easily feed a family for less that $25 here. The staff are always super friendly and lovely. If you want a cafe that will leave you feeling rested and full, but leaving your wallet full ...this is a must stop location.

n. n.wonderful fresh tasty treats or bites to eat, anytime friends of mine everyone get somethin to eat! great little brisk corner spot to select a variety of sweets and savs amongst the palm trees. be refreshed and on your journey again, perfect place on a hot summer day watching the world go by for a few minutes perhaps but under some shade with plenty of tables is a relief. it almost feels like you can get to this place from anywhere in town & get to anywhere else while you're going there plus i must say they serve the best long donuts in town I've seen in 20 years ?? haven't seen them that size for a long long long long time... enjoy 😉
J. M.Their creamy mushroom pie blew my mind! Flaky, buttery, melt in the mouth pastry cooked to perfection, the filling an unctuous mushroom flavour bomb - it was simply a joy to eat. (But not too mushroomy, for those who aren’t big shroom fans) Also have to say their donuts are pretty wicked too! Definitely the place to go 💛

R. s.The waffles were really good, nice and light inside, bananas not overly cooked. Bacon was slightly under done for my liking but I didn't specify how I wanted it. Very good for a bakery type cafe. Only one other table occupied while we were there so food didn't take long to be ready.
