S.Staff were friendly, plenty of seating, food was delicious and most of all filling and cafe was presented well. Although, lining up to get inside was a bit frustrating as there wasn't much space by the entrance.
G.Helpful professional staff. Plenty of Covid room and appropriate procedures. Food tasteful, well presented and plentiful. Service with a smile from the eyes and a soft voice through the mask!! Return envisaged, but the early bird catches the meal. :-) '-)
H.Stopped in for brunch, portions were generous, flavour was good. Nice spot but I wouldn't go out of my way to revisit.
D.Just stopped in to try this place out, the closest to home. Coffee was burnt, both Eggs Benedict were tasty but fairly pricey for how big the portions were. Not very impressive.

The breakfast was superb, plenty of good quality ingredients, I'm a big eater and there was plenty on my plate.
My partner had eggs Benedict with spinach and bacon, we couldn't fault the food and service and will definetly be back.
Well done to all concerned.
W.Their omelette is shocking delicious! Quite big portion for brekki so maybe save it for a brunch or a very hungry mood day. Basil pesto on top is the best part.

G.A bit on the costly side. $19.90 for 2 pieces of brown toast with a couple pieces of rocket and a breast of chicken, aka a chicken sandwich.
I could give them a few great recipes for the salad department, their looked too rushed, no care to it and not very appealing. I would go back again for the coffee and maybe a treat. The bacon and corn chowder went straight through me, too salty, what on earth do you guys put in that?? Try using button mushrooms instead of the large brown wet ones, they need to be baked before going on the grill. Too wet and tasteless by the time it hits the plate. There is loads you can bake before popping on the grill.
On the plus side, coffee great, sweets were good. Chips good. Still rather too pricey for my regular.
B.Would be 5 stars if their staff would smile :) the power of customer service. I should feel welcomed and you should look happy to see me! The basics. Instead, the lady who took my order seemed to be stressed and wanted me to know about it and feel bad for her…. No offense but I’m not more impressed with how hard you’re working just because you have a big frown on your face and seem to be too busy to help me with your menu. Best to keep that to yourself so you don’t make the place look like a sad place to work. On the flip side I liked the big smiles from the guy in the back with a red beard :) he made me feel welcome! The food is incredible but a bit overpriced for my taste.
T.Nice quiet atmosphere with space for kids as well as parents. Superb coffee and food is excellent (although I have to persuade them to reintroduce porridge to their breakfast menu) 😊
Still a brilliant spot for a pot of tea and some bacon and egg pie while you have 20 minutes to spare. Outside seating is a bonus.

v.Always a great experience. Love the smoothies, and food is always excellent. Staff are always lovely and friendly. Also you can have well behaved dogs outside and staff love them as well. A great stop if you need a restful place to unwine and have a break.

S.A great place to stop and have breakfast, we were served by a happy and cheerful woman who efficiently took our order. The coffees were lovely and the poached eggs and bacon we ordered were enjoyable. Our only complaint was that we couldn't eat all the bacon on the plate, a rarity in todays times. Well done to everone.

G.The Wife and I went to Sutto Caffe for lunch on Thursday 31st December 2020. The Wife had her usual Eggs Bene with bacon and a cappuccino and I had there Big Breakfast and a hot chocolate. AWESOME is all I can say. The wife was extremely happy with her E B and I was the same with the Breakie. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I was so happy with things I had to thank the Chef personally. A must to try and we will be back.
K.Real Kiwi style Egg Beni. Following the traditional way. Highly recommended. They have the best coffee in town.

R.Very friendly prompt service even though it was a very busy lunchtime. Lovely food - we had corn and bacon stack and chicken enchilada. This visit should have been given at least another star. ..... but my iced coffee was served in a plastic container with a lid and a plastic straw. Apart from not being good for the environment, I was unable to hold onto the container because of the cold surface and the wet condensation running down it. Not good having to lean over the table to drink it because I couldn't hang on to my coffee. In fact I gave up halfway through it. I noticed that other diners had glasses for their cold drinks.
B.Tried Open Chicken Sandwich for lunch and Omelet for brunch on the next day. Best Mocha ever.
J.Pretty good coffee, excellent staff. Food was a bit 1990’s. No offence but it’s the sort of food dairy farmers would love. Broccoli salad had too much cheap mayo, I very rarely send food back, but I did and unfortunately they replaced it with a savoury scone which was pretty much inedible. If you can’t nail those basic kinds of cabinet foods you can’t get 4 stars. But they were open on Anzac Day and their staff was good. I am sure if you had pancakes or bacon and eggs you wouldn’t be disappointed.

T.Busy little Cafe, considering not many options in Hastings for good coffee and food, hot chocolate for my 4yr old was not too hot with 2 marshmallows he was very happy to play with toys provided while waiting...
Some food not covered on display which was concerning but just an observation..

D.So lucky Sutto were open on Easter Friday as our clan were desperate for coffee! Ended up having lunch there too: good options, tasty, reasonably priced. Big table in the corner was great for our 4 x adult + 2 x 3yo + 1yo. Felt bad because we left a mess thanks to toddlers (!) but staff were so accommodating!
S.It is really awesome! My wife and I visited here days ago, and it is absolutely one of the best, I ordered "big breakfast", highly recommend it!
S.beautiful food, beautiful people, did have a problem with my order where an item was missed I would of offered the customer a complimentary voucher for the inconvenience. but we did stay for such a long time chatting and at no stage were we made to feel uncomfortable considering there were a lot of people visiting the cafe

B.Nice food. Always good quality. Coffee can be a bit hit and miss. Sometimes it can be cold with a burnt taste. However family love the fejio and apple smoothies. Cabinet food is always on point.
S.This is our local fav. Eggs bene are oustanding, big breakfast is huge. You can't go past the breakfast pizza OR the vege pizza.

T.The cafe has listed items on its menu that are not gluten free but state they are. I wouldn’t trust the staff as they are poorly trained if you are a coeliac or very sensitive to gluten. The smoothie has syrup with gluten in it and the bacon was in a dish that is was gluten free on further investigation. It’s a pity as the food looked good and the staff were very polite and kind. I hope they upskill themselves on gluten free as it’s no joke if you eat it when told it’s gluten fee and are a coeliac.
T.My intention is not to destroy a small business with a bad review. My order was good. My partner is an executive chef and did not expect the eggs Benedict to have the pre-made packet hollandaise (with all those preservatives) for the price we paid. He has a visceral reaction to that stuff. Well we made it back to the hotel just in time . . . he had that visceral reaction that we weren't expecting. My suggestion is to change to making the hollandaise in-house. May save some suffering in future 🙂
