D.Don't drive past this incredible market in Whakapara. What a selection that would satisfy the most fussiest gourmand. Beautifully displayed and knowledgeable staff on hand to chat.
A.I have been waiting patiently for this scoop ice cream shop to be open when I travel up north on state highway 1, Whakapara, near Lili's Cafe. Today I wasn't disappointed. I would highly recommend stopping at this amazing Kiosk. Lots and lots of delicious flavours to tempt the taste buds. Brilliant on a hot Northland day. I chose Caramel fudge and Berry ambrosia. 4 scoops for $4.

C.A cool little quick stop which is getting more and more popular every time we stop in! Plenty of parking - even if you have a trailer. There is a turnabout area. Great size icecream for the price and friendly service every time. They have waffle cones too, soooooo yum!

M.Majorly recommend coming here for a scooped Ice Cream.
They have a large number of flavours to choose from, (With Hokey Pokey my favourite... :) ) and standard cones or waffles style. They also have a number of vegetarian ice creams too, which my Gf loves.
Drinks are also available purchase, as well as some great seating with sun umbrellas, to save you from getting it all over your car.
Great place to get an ice cream on a hot summers day.
