A.Truly one of Levins little gems in amongst all the eateries. The service is on point and always with a smile. We've been going here for over a year now and cannot fault the team at Sponge. They make magnificent pizza like no other, seafood chowder, the best nachos EVER and a mean triple decka sandwich and coffee. If you're looking for somewhere to grab a bite or a drink, enjoy a relaxed atmosphere and great service, then look no further than Sponge Kitchen ❤

P.Brunch today at The Sponge Kitchen. $17 hunger buster was the best value big breakfast I have had in a while. Coffee was also very good. If you are going to/through Levin it is the place to go.

S.Today I was doing a presentation for a customer and was putting on an afternoon tea for 30 approx. I had been busy and left the ordering until the last minute. I called the sponge kitchen with very vague requirements on the day and they were able to understand my needs. They went above and beyond to have the order prepared by my required timeframe and all the hot elements were hot when I arrived at my destination. They lent me platters at no extra charge and the customer service was second to none, they even carried the stuff to my car. Fully reccomend if you need catering. 5 stars and thanks again!
H.We dined in on one occasion and it was a great experience, we shared a huge omelette for lunch and we're really impressed with the value for money, quality and taste.
However we visited again before we left to have breakfast and I left my husband there after I had ordered to do some things. When I got back he still didn't have his breakfast and when I queried it they went to the microwave and said oops it was forgotten. I told my husband and he waited a few minutes then went in and guess what ...forgotten again! They wanted to microwave it again for the third time and he said no the food would be rubbery and inedible so we just asked for a refund and left

M.Had a very successful dining venture here. Ordered the beef lasagne - no complaints, and my companion thoroughly enjoyed the fried potatoes. Portion size to cost ratio was spot on and staff were lovely. Highly recommend.

A.The food is alway fresh and there is plenty to choose from.They serve the best breakfast I have tried a lot of other places and have not found one that can beat The Sponge Kitchen for breakfast (big)
G.Busy canteen style cafe. Only ate a pizza and had coffee as it was so busy we couldn't really take time in the queue to look at the menu. Service was quick, pizza was average but generous. If you like big portions of filling food this is a good place. Quite noisy, and very busy, but staff were keeping onto of cleaning and clearing tables.

L.Noisy environment, somewhat slow service. But the food tasted alright, eggs Benedict had slightly overdone eggs. Menu boards are a touch confusing but staff were friendly. Good to see art for sale inside.

V.If you're visiting Levin, this is the place to dine at. Ordered the Eggs benedict with salmon instead of bacon and a side of mushrooms. my partner ordered the steak meal (steak with 2 eggs, 2 toast w/garlic butter, small side salad with a bowl of fries) a large mocha and 1 large iced chocolate = $45 ... loved every single bit of it, the service was amazing, staff are very lovely ... definitely will dine here again on my next visit ...

Enjoyed our meals but my partner especially loves the ***Eclairs*** We've been back through Levin 3 times since and missed out on the Eclairs. We live in Wellington Lower Hutt and we were guttered to see you're not open on Sundays. We were tempted to come for a drive just for your Eclairs that's how much he loves them!!
