Song and his beautiful wife & great staff run a really cheerful, unassuming, spotlessly clean & well priced cafe in the centre of Jackson Street, Petone. The food is wholesome, cabinet or menu & the short black coffees (with a splash of milk) are particularly good! The cafe is 7 days a week and the seating is well spaced out.

We wanted something simple for lunch. The cabinet had a good range of food: sandwiches, pies, rolls and sweet slices and so on. Coffee was good.

Greeted by smiling staff. Fresh looking food in the cabinet and a good menu including Big Breakfast. Bacon & zucchini slice was well cooked, tasty and filling. Eggs Benedict was well presented. Coffees and hot chocolate were served quickly... lots of foam on top and 2 marshmallows. Tables and soft couch seating areas too. Newspaper to read. Nice to sit in the window and watch the shoppers in the street.

Top class iced coffee made with real coffee and whipped cream. The best I'vehad in Petone. Toasted sandwich and chips were delicious. Service was very friendly and quick. Niced relaxed environment too. Will be back.

Good service. Accommodated making fruit pancakes for child size. Poached eggs on the Eggs Benedict were not runny. Food was good quality for the price. I had a large flat white and finally, coffee in a mug and a real large!

The best all day breakfast you will ever have. We come here all the time because we can't stay away. Incredible food, lovely staff who go out of their way to remember our order everytime, nicely organized cafe as well. This cafe is an all rounder and I would highly recommend it.

Food Good but not understanding what your saying with a group of friends 5 &he tried to get us to share a small teapot & charge the same amount. I said no but brought 2 small jugs of milk for 3 people plus put everything on two trays. Instead of our own trays. We were all ordering separately.

Very popular business in Petone, friendly staff and a good range of choices to have with your tea or coffee, cooked meals are very nice as well, has a clean toilet for customers, I like going to this business, discount for Goldcard when buying a tea or coffee with another item, comfortable seating and a copy of the daily newspaper available to customers.
