D.My wife and I were interested in a machine that makes great coffee but as automatic as possible (if it’s too hard we just can’t be bothered). One of my colleagues from the US mentioned Jura coffee machines as a possible option, so I looked up the dealers in Tauranga and went down to Fusion Coffee. They have about a half dozen Jura machines on display near the entrance, from the smaller home ones to a plumbed-in commercial one.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made us a coffee using the machines we were interested in. After a bit of research we settled on the Z6, which is a fantastic machine. Those machines have great reviews, but the automated cleaning, customizable drinks, and literally one-button operation are key features. It makes the best coffee I have ever tasted that is made in a home system, and I’m not 100% sure I could tell the difference between it and coffee from a commercial café.
Many thanks in particular to Garrick who answered all the weird questions we had. I can’t recommend these machines too highly, and Fusion Coffee provide a low-pressure environment to see the machine in action and compare them.
If you love really coffee but don't use whatever solution you have because it is too fiddly or you don't like cleaning it, go down there and check out the Z6!
D.Called in here on Wednesday 5th & Thursday 6th September 2018 wif Henry Makene to say hi to Ariel Golan. We had an awsome coffee here. Nice n airy cafe with a nice back garden area outside. You can play ping pong too n watch n smell the beans being roasted here too. Nice to meet you Ariel.
S.I love Fusion coffee... I pop in to the roastery in the Mount every so often and pick up a bag of freshly ground coffee, ground perfectly for my plunger, the staff are always so welcoming and pleasant. It's always fun to stop in for a coffee and a yummy bite to eat, as well!

D.Fusion Coffee was recommended by a friend. We had a very enjoyable morning trying coffee from some of the Jura Coffee machines, and some great advice.
We purchased a Jura E8 Coffee machine, and now have interesting mornings, trying the different coffees. We used to be predominantly Tea drinkers, that's now changed with the delicious coffee from the Jura.
So easy to operate, and clean. We love this Jura.

L.Good coffee although the cup seemed extra hot on my mouth when I went to drink it. I waited a few minutes before getting brave enough to have a taste. This place is a coffee roasters and my brief first impression is that food is a secondary consideration. Some cabinet food on offer, and I guess they cater to their industrial clientele. Still if you find yourself in the middle of the Mount's industrial heartland, there is at least decent coffee to be had here.

S.Great coffee and friendly staff! As a roaster it does not disappoint you as they provide delicious coffee. We ordered flatwhite and long black, and both tasted lovely and the aroma of coffee was divine!

D.Fusion is industrial. Built is an old workshop it still carries a bit of a steampunk feel. Its not pretty...but it has character.
The people are great. They get to know you by name and taste. I remember waking in to a small queue. By the time i came to order my coffee was made. That's awesome attention to detail in my book.
They do serve some food but it's not a place for a meal...its a place for coffee.
Oh..and they have free wifi...so it's also an office away from the office.
Has my recommendation
A.We were on Totara St to look at roof racks and kayaks, and ended up here but very glad we did. We had a flat white, iced espresso smoothie, tea and date scone - all excellent. They also have a full range of Jura home and small business espresso machines, and Garrick was kind enough to talk me through the different options. We'll definitely be back, not just to buy an espresso, or a freshly roasted beans, but probably to take home one of the machines (to replace the C9 I owned in the USA). Thank you.
R.Fantastic coffee, best at the Mount. Good for takeaway, but the cafe area they have there feels like a warehouse and their smoke alarm goes off every 5 minutes. Kinda ruins the coffee! Free parking.

D.It's my favourite. Built is a converted workshop, it's funky and industrial. They roast their own beans on premise. Can be a tad noise with the roasting but the smell of roasting coffee is fabulous.
