Such a nice coffee. They sell some nice coffee beans and goods as well. The staffs are mostly kind and friendly. Can't remember the names.. The tall lady who wears glasses and another lady who has wavy hair tied up, they both always gave me a nice smile and offered a good customer service! I have a bad experience with another staff tho..

Friendly! And customer oriented. 4-stars as there is always room to improve. But for now Brie served us really well. She was quite firiendly taking our orders and kudos to the other staff as our wait wasn’t long. If you are in Tauranga Starbucks is worth a visit.

I had ordered the venti (large) Mocha Java chip frappuccino. It tasted amazing!!! But it took a long time to get my drink. It was my first time going to Starbucks and I thought it would be crazy expensive but the largest size (Venti) was only $8.20, otherwise it was really good!!
