Lovely little place. Service was great, they really cared about our time in the restaurant. Dumplings and Rendang were the highlights.

Extremely authentic Malaysian food, best I've had outside of Malaysia! Roti was flaky and delicious served with spicy potato curry sauce. Main courses we tried the laksa and the chilli prawn mee - be warned if you order 'hot' you will get it 😂 Amazing depth of flavour, crunchy salty fried anchovies, plump prawns, all good! Very friendly staff and service.

SO GOOD!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I wish that they could open a branch in South Island! We ordered around 5 dishes at first (4 of us) and added few more later even though we were already full simply because they were so nice and we couldn’t get the same thing in South Island. If you are looking for authentic Malaysian food, this is where you go. Beef rendang, nasi lemak, chilli pan mee, roti prata and I forgot some of the dishes 😅 but all are so nice even takeaway left cold apam balik was so nice as well!

As a Malaysian, I approve this Malaysian restaurant. Genuine menu with 'close-enough' taste. There are plenty food options for you to consider. It is a medium size eatery with limited seats. Therefore, feel free to call in for booking if you are with large group.

Good food. But I had the pricey dishes Had chicken satay skewers. 11$. This was ok.. sauce want spicy enuff. Then had noodles with prawn soup. This was ok. 22$ approx. My recommendation is to Try their usual dishes..

Can't stress enough how lovely this place was, a must-visit if eating out in Napier CBD. Malaysian food with a difference, not your classic nasi goreng - although they have that too. We had the laksa soup and anchovy noodles (both quite spicy) with plain roti, which was absolutely to die for as it was crispy and delicious. The staff were very attentive. Highly recommend.

Flavors were there but execution could have been better as nasi goreng was very oily and didn't feel like it was cooked in a very hot pan and mee goreng was very sweet. Nice atmosphere though and friendly service.

Amazing cafe Faith hope and love is the essence of this new fresh cafe. Open for breakfast and lunch 730 am till 230pm Fresh flaky pie selection and baked goods,made fresh in house. Brilliant selection of seriously good coffee and cold drinks on offer. The highlight of my experience was the high attention to detail given to service and meals I received. I can't speak highly enough of the staff and perfectly cooked food .
