Staff are friendly, every drink I’ve brought has been perfect. Only downside is the paper straws, need to save the turtles but they turn mushy after a while. Reusable straws are my go to now

The outdoor area could do with a good steam clean to make the area a little more attractive to sit.

This was a Starbucks. The same consistent quality you experience at any Starbucks. Hard to consider that a superior experience. (Which is my personal standard for a five star) But there was nothing to knock in service or quality any way - so a four star reflects ig well.
