M.I ordered eggs benedits with bacon. Bacon was missing first and then the eggs were overcooked. Some people on the staff were friendly others not even apologize for the inconvenience.
U.Quality of food has decreased since I was last here. Bacon was almost inedible, very hard and chewy, a little greenery on the plate wouldn't go amiss, fritter stack looked sad and lonely on the large plate. Still for the price it was edible.
H.From the interior design prospective, some unique feather here caught my eyes:
1 How to apply the black color
Paint black to all the frame of the entrance door and entire Celling inside, it makes the continuity from outside to inside.
Black paint also makes a pieces of entrance wall into a black board, which shows the welcoming by hand drawing/ writing.
2. Keep one white brick wall:
the rough texture helps highlight the kitchen part, such as the huge wood kitchen shelves and the displayed stuff etc.
3. Apply big round glass balls here above the kitchen
The big round glass ball shape definitely break the square space well. It makes the whole space more attractive.
4 How to use shelves
The top box shelf against the Celling: as it is very high to reach, all the old collections are displayed here as a small gallery. It shows the character and cultural taste of the owner.

D.Was met with smiles and greetings even though we’re in the middle of this terrible covid situation. Got a GREAT coffee and a DELICIOUS ham and pineapple pastry. Everyone is very nice and wonderful. Top spot
M.Good coffee, friendly staff, eggs were slightly on the overcooked side but still enjoyable.
D.Great relaxing environment just to relax while you're busy in town. Nice selection of food from the cabinet to tempt you, along with smooth flavoured coffee.
M.Had a cooked breakfast and tried their sausage roll. Breakfast was great but the bread is chewy. Sausage roll used to come with relish and was better for it. Still tasty but the relish was good. Wife had eggs benidict and was not impressed as the eggs were hard and the bread chewy. I would be back but by myself I think.
A.I work in the city and come here most days. The staff are really friendly and greet everyone straight away, they all seem to get on well and stay the same people, clearly a nice work environment which is important when choosing where to spend my money everyday!
I like the digital card system and consistancy. Its clean inside and decor is nice. Winning
B.Off the main street so you will need to find it. Coffee and service was great, not sure how fresh the ginger loaf was as it was hard however it was Sunday afternoon.
V.Friendly staff who always seem to be having fun. Coffee is very good and food is also very nice. Only problem is it is to good therefore it is always busy

K.Positives were the very friendly team. Not so positive was the coffee. It was warm at best and mine was an Americano. Breakfast stack was average. Positives: Perfectly cooked egg, pesto was delicious and hash brown crunchy and hot. Not so good: Mushrooms were cold and could have been presented a little nicer. Not large chunks.
M.Absolutely fantastic! So many options here for celiac & dairy free diners. My wife was, for once, overwhelmed with choices. But taking some time to decide was no trouble - the staff were exceedingly friendly, cheery, and helpful.
The food and drinks were brought out with lightning speed - faster than virtually any cafe we've been to, and a friendly waitress made the rounds to check that everything was satisfactory - which it was. Delicious food that left us quite satisfied, and exquisite coffee.
The staff went above and beyond. After a fly inadvertantly landed in my coffee while I was eating, the waiter who noticed it brought out a fresh complimentary one for me, with an unnecessary, but welcome, apology.
The cafe also has a lovely ambiance - cozy, friendly, and warm. A little busy, but that's a sign of loyal customers and exceptional service.
We will definitely be coming back here when we are next in Nelson. Utterly superb!

D.Went for lunch and a sweet treat, the staff are so lovely and one really cared about us which we really appreciated. The savoury options are so delicious and the sweet treats are so lovely. We got amazing service and an absolutely lovely staff member to serve us and bring us over our food/drinks. We really reccomend this place!! They offer different milk options for your coffee and have gluten free ((and some dairy free)) options for those who need it. Also, free wi-fi!!

K.Robert Harris coffee roasters & cafés is a really nice coffee shop where we ordered some rolls and cappuccino and a long black coffee. The service is perfect. Fast delivery and hot rolls.Empty plates were removed in a blink. I should come back here for a cake or roll.

PPK , Pumpkin Pesto Kumra shaped like a muffin and tastes like a Quiche, I ordered with plum sauce on the side. What a fab suggestion Ashleigh thank you so much it was delicious . Staff were polite friendly and happy AAA+
J.Nice smooth coffee! I'm not gluten free, but thir low gluten caramel slice is amazing - better than the gluten filled. The breakfast baugette (or whatever it's called) is a more flavorful version of what McDonald's breakfast McMuffin wishes it could be. The lamb shank hotpot was tasty too.
