As a parent, this is a great spot to stop for a coffee because there is a toilet with changing table, seating you can let kids play around, and lots of yummy treats. The staff is always great too. I also like to buy coffee beans and have them ground there. Starbucks might be an eyesore for the local coffee culture, but they represent the area well with the art displayed and the people who work there.

Great service and warm welcoming atmosphere for all, platinum grade coffee and food definitely worth coming here for brunch or a small work function. (try the white chocolate mocha frappe 😉😋) personally I love everything about Starbucks. 5 stars.

I loved visiting Starbucks. Although only 2 staff members working on the Saturday I was in there. And the shop was full of people waiting for their orders. But despite that, they did a wonderful job with our order.

Great service from the young blonde girl who was very apologetic about the cups that had been left on the table. I let her know I had removed some of the rubbish and placed it in the rubbish. She thanked me. It was nice afternoon spent with my children and ex-husband.

It was just ok on my visit. The place didn't seem too busy but I had to wait a while for my coffee. I asked for an extra flavour shot and had to remind the staff member to charge me for it. Quite dark environment and it all felt a bit sad.

Starbucks New Plymouth, NZ is freaking Awesome.. Staff were courteous, and engaging. It was my first visit, pushed by my 8yr old baby girl, as she wanted the "pink" drink or "unicorn" drink, alas she enjoyed her "candyfloss" drink. We will be back next week 😉😁

No gluten free food, none. Coffee it King. I enjoyed the giant cup of tea and being able to charge my phone. And it was open. NP is not littered with early breakfast places.

I would say this is good... but there are better shops in New Plymouth if you look around. I'm from the Philippines so I was expecting a different kind of Starbucks. Visit the Philippines if you really want to know the difference. =) peace!

Ordered a white mocha over ice twice now and each time they let the syrup just sit at the bottom. Hot drinks are fine and the food is standard Starbucks food.

great place i love that there's always some sparrows and the cheese twists are good. ask for gingerbread syrup and they Will give it to you in yr drink. baristas are all chill too good stuff
