C. J.I always wanted to try The kitchen table but after a long time I got the opportunity to come grab some breakfast...the overall ambience was nice and calm. The staff was pretty nice...ordered a half Eggs Benedict..took about 15 mins for the food to arrive...which was not bad... The Potato rosti was a good base for the Benny... Complimented the hollandaise sauce... Bacon was cooking the way I enjoy ... Only critique would be the portion size was pretty small for a $17.5 breakfast... otherwise would have been a 5 star review...I'd definitely come back to try other menu items.

C. M.This place was really nice 👍🏻. The staff are very friendly, when I ordered an iced drink it had a chocolate fish on it and to ‘keep the peace’ one of the staff members brought over 4 more chocolate fishes for my sisters and parents. The coffee was so nice my parents came back the next day for coffees. And the food was admittedly a bit too big but it was super good. I would recommend this place for others, have a nice day 😊
T. M.Unfortunately we weren't smart enough to book in advance but I can see why it was so popular. A nice, simple menu executed well. I had the eggs bene on rosti and it was magic, the rosti was perfectly crunchy on the outside, soft in the middle.
The chef personally came out to say she wasn't happy with how the omlette turned out and was starting again, personally apologizing for the delay which was lovely and they gave us a free coffee card to use next time
A. O.Surprisingly becoming one of my favourite cafes in New Plymouth! The food has always been fab and the coffees are delicious. they have a great variety of fridge foods like sweets and pastries. The staff are always polite, proactive and friendly. It's a great sun spot with a good variety of magazines and papers to read :)

I was happy with the omelet I ordered because it was hot and fresh. I enjoyed my visit and so did my family.

The cafe is light and airy also has a nice outdoor tables.
I don't like restaurants putting the milk jug in the teacup, are they sure the bottom the jug is clean.
