How did I not know about this local place?! The road signage is easily missed but given how many customers there were, it is well patronized. Food was well cooked and presented. There is a good range of cabinet foods. Well staffed which meant waits were not unreasonable. The grounds and outdoor seating was lovely. I'll be back!

I like to stop here. There is plenty of nice food options and the coffee is good. There is both indoor and outdoor seating . The cat is a nice addition and staff are good. Plenty of parking too. The toilets need improving but were clean. There was a queue. I like to browse in the shop next door helps stretch my legs.

This café was a great find. We were on our way from Auckland to Coromandel with our 7 month old puppy and needed somewhere dog friendly to stop off at and break up our journey. The Corner Stone was really good. The staff, food and location are fantastic and there is even a little loop walk around their gardens, lovely to be able to stretch our legs. There is also a playground for children and plenty of parking.

Found this cafe on Google Maps. while traveling in New Zealand. This cafe showed a lot of great reviews and it did not dissapoint all. This is really well located cafe just of the M25 roadway. The cafe is extremely well kept and there is also a cafe garden area to appreciate or to let kids have fun. The menu is really nice and the cafe has great variation of food and drinks. The food i ordered was extremely tasty, wholesome and fresh Honestly anyone who is in the local area who is looking for breakfast, lunch or just a nice break I would highly recommend this cafe.

Cannot go past this place without stopping in for a coffee. Nice to relax out the back with a cuppa while the good wife shops. Food is all good and they have a huge array to sample. Service always pleasant and staff are great value.

Mince and cheese pie was a winner. Not cheap at $11+ each, but it was an $11 size pie. Chocolate milkshake pretty good too. This place is geared up for kids and dogs. Big playground with the usual kids stuff for climbing and a slide as well as tricycles. There's a sign welcoming well-behaved dogs. Watch out for uncontrolled idiot big children attempting to ride the 5-sizes-too-small tricycle down the slide!

I often call into this Cafe on my way to Auckland. Coffee is really good, food great. Sometimes a big gap between food and coffee being served which is the only frustrating aspect. Wonderfully clean toilets. Certainly recommend this this Cafe. Called in again this morning, coffee as good as ever, unfortunately no gluten free apple muffins, however with covid and the diminished number of travellers that can be expected. A Cafe that continues to deserve good patronage. Most noticeable, for me, the quality of food, service and coffee has not diminished at all over the years I've been calling in. Reiterating- very well with a visit.

We had a smoothie and ice chocolate for a stop on the way to Hahei. Can't comment on the food but the setting was lovely. Beautiful gardens that are kept tidy. Playground for kids. A few different areas to choose from to sit at which was great. We went down the walking path. It's not very long but still great to stretch the legs after a long drive.

Stopped in here on the way back to Auckland from Rotorua. We ordered 2 coffees, Caesar salad and a chicken salad. I have to give 0 stars for the coffees, they were terrible with a burnt taste and loads of foam. I could not even finish my one and it was in a tiny tulip cup. The salads were not bad although it was unusual to get a Caesar salad without egg! We would have appreciated being told how long the delay on actually getting food was, as we would have ordered from the cabinet food rather than the menu. This is not a place we would revisit

Busy place even on a Monday, service was great and we didn't have to wait too long...the cabinet food was nice and the coffee good too. Only 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that all inside tables were taken ...no problem as a beautiful day outside, however all chairs and tables were wet and no staff bothered to wipe them down?

Great place to stop on the way back to Auckland from the Coromandel. Large playground and dog friendly with plenty of seating. Food isnt the cheapest but its well made and worth the stop if you need to let the kids or dog out for a run.

Have been to this cafe numerous times and always had amazing food and service so keep coming back. Unfortunately today for some reason not so good. The chips were so greasy couldn't eat them and the rest of lunch very average. Having said that it's the first time we have been disappointed .

Stopped here for lunch on the way to Whitianga. Got the burger and fries, the tomatoe in the burger was soggy which made the bun in the burger soggy and it fell apart while I was eating it. Please don't use old tomatoes in your burgers. Besides that it was a good experience, flat white was excellent, I would stop here again.

We love the setting and the food is good, but have one gripe from our visit today! We had an eccles cake and an old fashioned cheese cake (sponge in pastry with dob of jam in the middle), both came to our table heated. Why? We didn’t ask for this nor were we asked if we wanted it. Neither required heating, most cakes don’t although this seems to be the fashion these days. Please, at least ask your customers first before assuming this how they want their cakes.

On the 31st August my husband and I stopped for lunch, we enjoyed it, especially the iced coffees. But unfortunately when we stopped today the 4th September we had a BLAT, which sadly was the worst one we have ever had. It was in a hamburger bun, which is just wrong. We were travelling from Te Aroha to Auckland at lunchtime. We had heard of this cafe so decided to give it a go. Nicely surprised by amazing menu and cabinet food.
