H.One of my favourite cafes in Oamaru. They do fantastic poached and scrambled eggs - the rye bread the poached eggs are served on is the best. The sausage rolls are superb. Perfect size so many you buy these days are too big.

Now the food... I can say with all honesty the
BEST CAFE FOOD I've ever had.
A.These guys are always worth taking a break and eating in it passing through. The staff are always nice and easy to deal. Even treated to one of the ladies singing one time. I highly recommend the chicken quiche and adding a squeeze of lemon will elevate the taste soo much more.
D.My favourite local treat cafe. Good coffee, my favourite food. From gormet salads and BLET, to sweet things. The staff are friendly and hospitable. To top it off the plants in the light wells and decor work for me. The space out the back is a quiet sunny spot to eat or enter without passing everyone.
r.This is real gem of a cafe, offering an array of mouth wateringly delicious gluten free options! My favourite item on the menu is their huge savoury gluten free muffins. The staff are super friendly and the service is excellent as is their coffee.

T.Best long black I've had in a long time (and I've had some good ones). It's a good sign when it comes with the hot water on the side. Cheese scone not bad either :)
C.A happening café. Over our time there, from 1.30 to 2.45, the place emptied out and was filling again as we left. Every choice of drink or nibble available qt moderate prices and surrounded by a healthy collection of plants.

I was disappointed that the staff seem to be allowed to have no masks if they choose - one hanging on an ear while talking to customers and another breathing over the food she serves to the table. Customers remove their masks to eat - immuno-susceptible people have no safety guarantees when the staff don't care for their customers in this way.

A.The very best Mutton Pie I've ever tasted and yes I've had a few. Roe had the Salmon dish which was superb. Definitely will return. The coffee's were right up to our standards and well..

J.3 of us dined. The corn fritters wuth chicken from cabinet were average and nachos were bland/dry and needed a bit more oomph. Pork belly with veg salad was really good as was the coffee. Really nice friendly service.

Very very nice selection of very tasty food on the menu and great baking in the counter.....especially their slices and cakes.
Whilst their coffee is very good it is the most expensive in town (over $5.00!). Given I buy 2 to 4 coffees a day (not just for me :-) I don't think I will come daily, only perhaps once a week with breakfast.
Overall a great cafe, especially when looking for a treat.

Great coffee, friendly staff and, although we did not eat there, the menu read very enticing. Not to mention the cakes and slices on the cabinet, they looked devine! A.Been going here for years with family, we use to go here too when it was Willets Tearooms, they make great pies and sandwiches. If you like coffee, cakes and buscuits they make them here too. This cafe is one of the most popular in town. Definitely a great place to come. They have bathrooms out back and free water for thirsty people. The cafe has wheel chair access and easy to find as its on Thames St which is on the main road.
A.Great coffee and great food. This was our first "New Zealand" meal and we were happy. It's also where I discovered you can't just order a "coffee" in this country, it was espresso drinks or instant coffee. ☺ I had an omelet and my husband had French toast.

The cappuccino as well as the omelette (which itself is made of three ingredients) tasted very good.
The employees have been very friendly. I felt very welcome here as a guest.
In addition, an unlimited Wi-Fi with good transfer rate is available.
The entrance is barrier-free.
The toilets are clean but not completely handicapped accessible.
All in all, highly recommended!

Das Café hat eine gemütliche Atmosphäre. Es hängen viele Pflanzenkübel von der Decke - was ich persönlich ganz nett finde.
Der Cappucino sowie das Omelette (welches selbst aus drei Zutaten zusammengestellt wird) haben sehr gut geschmeckt.
Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr freundlich gewesen. Ich habe mich hier als Gast sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Zudem ist ein unbegrenztes WLAN mit guter Übertragungsrate verfügbar.
Der Eingang ist barrierefrei gestaltet.
Die Toiletten sind sauber jedoch nicht gänzlich Behindertengerecht.
Alles in allem vollstens zu empfehlen!
