I really enjoyed the food here. I had the creamy mushrooms with bacon and it was absolutely delicious. It was lovely to sit outside in the sun. They had umbrellas up over the table too. The children's area & swing needs to be cleaned up also. I haven't given 5 stars due to the rubbish on the grounds (not much but bottle cap and a drawing pin were found). It would be ideal if this place had some spacing stickers on the floor inside Cafe as it was very crowed when placing an order with no social distancing. Some clear signs to show entry and exit for the Cafe would work well too. But we would definitely come back again and I highly recommend this lovely spot for a meal. I'm keen to try their coffee and a shake next time as they looked good.

Gorgeous spot for coffee or lunch, outdoors with big trees and tables scattered around the lawn

Cozy lovely place, but I was really shocked to find a small piece of wood in my lasagna. Still, consider coming again.Outdoor seating is simple but does the job. Decent amount of parking around. Entrance from the road is not too easy to spot, so if you drive go on lower speed not to miss it.

To get here turn left off Hibiscus Coast highway at the far North end, just in front of the bridge, into a little lane that looks like a driveway. There's parking under the trees. Café is a lovely little spot with plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. Good coffee! A selection of very nice lunch bites and a few cabinet snacks and cakes. Nice staff, efficient, friendly. Go here.

Had a nice lunch with a friend. Sat in the shade of a umbrella and table which was one of the many available. A busy lunch time but we were served our food and drinks quickly. A very pleasant setting with lovely friendly staff.

This is a great little location, with some really nice food. However, we were let down with the service a little. We were in a group of 5 adults and a toddler. The food took a while to come then when it arrived we were missing one of the dishes and an iced coffee. Mistakes happen but we felt there was no real apology for this. We had all finished our food and my toddler was loosing interest by the time the last dish arrived which was a shame. Also, one of the dishes ordered was corn fritters and we had asked for eggs instead of bacon (which we were told wasn't a problem) but it arrived with bacon. No complaints about the food though, it was really nice.

This gorgeous cafe is everything you need on a weekend morning. Nestled amidst lush green, you can either choose to sit outside enjoying the sun or inside the conservatory, the view around is a blessing. Icing on cake, Top notch service, happy staff and amazing food. Great cabinet food options!

Bit of a hidden treasure this place. A little out of the way and a tad slow on a grey day, but beautiful food, good coffee and a really lovely outlook! The native birds are a bonus and in summer I expect this venue is positively stunning! Do watch the uneven ground getting to the cafe though, and on a wet day, if you're elderly with a walker or a walking stick I'd avoid.

Beautiful place but the older lady serving at the counter was taking too long for customers orders. I also found it inappropriate and rude of her to question about me and my partner ordering a kids meal (pancakes) when we didn't have a kid around us. I believe its not against the law to order something from the kids menu especially when there was no pancake adult option and I wasn't particularly hungry. She would've not served us the pancakes for sure. I don't see how its a problem when I'm still paying more money than food in the pantry. Coffee was average. A bit bitter for my liking but the young girls waitressing were lovely. Thanks girls.

Outstanding food and service, owners are experienced, professional and welcoming. Such a beautiful peaceful scenic spot. Lots of space for the kids to play, owners provide some kids bikes etc for the outside dining area which is neat. Very much a hidden gem tucked away at the end of Orewa.

Very nice place to hang and eat. Kid friendly with outdoor play area. Pet friendly as well. Outdoor and indoor seating. Not a huge amount of parking especially when people don't know how to park... The place can accommodate more purple than available car parks. Had live music when we were there. Owners were pretty friendly too

Great place for a lazy lunch. We were in the conservatory, which has bush views over the stream. This acts as a highway for tui's and rosella (colourful parrots) Food great and arrived quickly. Very comfortable homely atmosphere. Plenty of parking

Fantastic little place....after comming here as just the two of us for ages we decided to bring our combined brood with us this time and were treated fantastically and squeezed in at Sunday morning breakfast rush. We were Warned about a wait time due to another big table being there which is always good. As always the service is amazing and the menu is perfect. Our favourite little hidden orewa gem :) keep on doing exactly what your doing!
