Reviews of Black Pearl Cafe
M.I have already been to this cafe several times and I have never been disappointed. There is a diverse list of Eastern Asian cuisine and all of the ones I've tried have been delicious. General service of the place is great with food being prepared quickly even when the cafe is busier. Also as someone who eats a bit more the portion sizes are perfect letting you leave the place not hungry but also not too full as well. One of the go to spots I recommend in Palmerston North. Additionally their bubble tea is pretty good as well. Keep up the good work guys.
C.We tried the chicken nasigoreng yesterday after many friends recommended this place. Although it was presented well, I didn’t feel the flavours. It could have been better.
L.Love the chicken katsu and spicy Korean chicken which comes with veggies and rice & mayo & BBQ sauces & gravy. Also go for bubble tea. They have a loyalty card after 5 stamps you get a free bubble tea.
M.Loved our meal. We ordered 2x DF squid, T ramen, wonton noodle soup, crispy pork, SF yellow noodle, Chicken Karage.
Everything was so good and could tell they put care in their food. Thank you so much for the awesome food.
A.Have had bubble tea plenty of times whilst in various countries in Asia and the actual tea itself tasted great but there was something about the tapioca pearls that made me try and avoid them... will probably be the best bubble tea place you can find in Palmerston North but I wont be going back in a hurry. Decent customer service, I have heard the food is very good though so may go back to try the food.
M.Got food delivered and the standard was amazing. The food was outstanding and arrived earlier than estimated. Ordered the bubble tea also which was very tasty and found the portion size and price of everything ordered to be very fair. Haven't been into their store yet but would definitely reccomend their food and bubble tea.
E.Definitely always have a nice experience here. Was served recently by a girl named Donné that made a really nice bubble tea! 😊
