J.Wonderful, and in a great location with lots of parking nearby. Top marks for the meal. The menu, available on the table, has a good range of meals to suit all tastes. I chose chicken, bacon & camembert flat grill with a house soda - grapefruit flavour. This meal was a good size for lunch with a small wire basket of chips on the side. The grill was tasty and did not fall apart. Other diners with me were also happy.
There is a bit of a traffic jam at the ordering counter with waiters having to move through the area where diners stand. All were wearing masks.
I'd like to see a hook put in the toilet cubicle to hang a handbag on.
Our vaccine passes were checked twice.

We stopped by for a bit of breakfast while walking the Square. Fantastic service, very helpful and friendly staff.
The pancakes were absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the caramelized banana. The cream topping was fresh and not overly sweet, adding to a nice balance overall.
As for the coffee, I got a flat white. Excellent flavor and perfectly made.
Would definitely recommend a visit!
A.Went here for dinner, which I wasn't aware it was open for dinner, with my mum. She got a burger and I got chicken nachos - both were really yummy and a bit different to the norm, we would both happily eat these exact same orders again as it was scrumptious.
Both toilets and cafe were clean, with the cafe having many cabinets options.
S.Motorbiked from Welly to Palmy and stopped of her to warm up after the ride with a good friend of mine. The FOH staff were professional, clean and took our orders quickly and we're great to deal with. (Staff are obviously coffee lovers too). We ordered 2 large flat whites to have on site and they came in a timely manner and hot! (Great to warm up the cold face and hands).
We also ordered 2 sausage rolls and they came heated with all salad greenery and cutlery with tomato sauce on the side. The store was surprisingly clean, and the windows were 'fingerprintless' which indicates that someone is cleaning them throughout the business day. The bathrooms were clean and tidy and looked like they were serviced recently. We both had a great experience and the view outside overlooking the sunset was great awesome too. I will be back here for a regular pit stop for sure.
W.Friendly staff. Lots of options for meals and beverages. Had the caramel banana frappe and tasted so good. Enjoy the atmosphere and people watching there.

J.Good service here. Kind of feels like halfway between a cafe and a restaurant; the service, coffee and cabinet food of a cafe, but the menu (and prices) of a restaurant. A nice place for a quick bite or some lunch, but I probably wouldn’t go there for a bigger meal. I had loaded nachos with beef. Tasty, but the smashed avocado was a bit bland, and needed some spicing up.

A.Always such a busy place, huge lunch and brunch menu too was quite impressed with the selection. Settled for only having a coffee which was fine and halving a citrus slice and a brownie with my friend. Both were amazing and worth the money very much.

Q.A lovely coffee shop with very good service. Staff is friendly and very helpful. They have crayons and colouring in for kids too. A good place to dine alone or with a crowd. Brownies were really awesome! Iced chocolate was amazing for the kid too!

s.Dissapointment turned to Impressed. Don't normally patronise coffee club but bought 2x takeaway coffees this morn. By time got across town the Mocha was good but was not happy with my Vienna. So instead of whinging about it on a Google review I gave them a call. Discussed my Vienna and was offered a solution. Fantastic response from the cafe and will definately be a return customer. Thank you for the awesome response and customer service.

X.Wonderful customer service at this place! A worker dropped our coffees all over the table and chairs next to us, but then cleaned up the huge mess and gave us new ones as a replacement. Upbeat attitude and just now a worker came over to ask if there was anything we needed (unrelated to the mess I believe).

M.It's a shame I can only give it 3 stars because their Eggs Bene with Salmon is one of the best versions of this dish I've ever had. So this is a rating based on overall experience and for me it was let down majorly by the sour faced girl at front of house who took my order. Not once did I get a "hello", conversation and a smile was out of the question! She should not be working in hospo if she doesn't like serving customers and someone like that on the front line can let an overall impression of a business down big time!

A.My wife and I called in for breakfast, we both ordered a big breakfast each, we didn't wait long for them to arrive.
Presentation was lovely and the food was delicious.
Our only gripe was that steak was served as part of the breakfast and unfortunately was not enjoyable at all..my recommendation would be to take it off the menu altogether, everything else was spot on with great staff and good atmosphere.

Why it didn't get a 5 is the way that head office has them clearing tables . Which is in my view unhygienic and. Culturally insensitive. Putting condiments on a seat while it is being cleaned is in my view too close to bodily waste areas .

M.I was a once a week customer spending over $20 per visit. The meals use to be generous but now I think that the portions are smaller and prices increased. I still love the coffee though, even if it's one of the expensive places for coffee.
