Love this cafe so much - they have an seating area outside so they don't discriminate against anyone. They sell the most amazing salted caramel donuts and my favourite lolly cake recipe I've had anywhere. Great selection of teas also. I come here once a week at least

This is a great cafe with good atmosphere and friendly staff. The food I ordered was delicious; a fried chicken and waffles with side of salad. I also ordered an iced mocha which was a dream on a warm day. Would highly recommend if you're in the plaza

Great service, friendly staff. Food is so-so - breakfast dishes seem to be good enough, while lunch menu is strange. Burger was very dry, and the pattie itself made from boiled meat (like the one in sausage roll). Quesadilla has some sweet sauce in it, which ruins the taste significantly. Apple juice doesn't feel like freshly squeezed. Coffee is good.

Food is very nice and on par with most cafes. The coffee though is one of the best I've had for quite some time. I drink long blacks so for a start, it was made in the right size cup, extra hot water was offered and the best bit, it was an excellent flavour and made perfectly.

This is our local coffee shop in Papamoa. The owner May and her staff are truely amazing with their service, the consistency of coffee and food is excellent. The little extras like asking how our family is makes us feel special. Strongly recommend this number1 cafe in Papamoa Plaza.

Coffee and carrot cake lovely as usual, but the bowl of fries was very lack luster, being half cold and very lacking in any seasoning or flavour. Will still be back as this is the first time we weren't satisfied with our experience.

Lovely donuts with fresh cream and good, hot coffee. Service was efficient and quite fast. Would like to see a bit more variety in the cabinet - not the same cakes, slices, etc every day. Change is good! But we will go again.

A very popular cafe in the Papamoa Shopping Plaza. Polite and helpful service, but there needs to be attention to table service... sweet foods brought before meals, four meals received randomly and another trip to bring cutlery. Cleaning agents left on table (forgotten). Outdoor tables subject to seagulls and birds scavaging leftovers. Good food experience...

At the start of the week before 10am I ordered the Bacon Eggs Benedict. The eggs we're perfectly runny however for the price of almost $19 I was disappointed that it came without bread. Although I was excited for homemade hash browns, these just tasted like basic potatoes deep-fried in oil that needed to be replaced. They were also smaller than the eggs and a bit messy and squished, I couldn't stomach the grease. Next time I'll be asking for good ol classic toast. Lovely lady who served me and great space but those hashies aren't doing ya any favours. 😇

Good time, good coffee, food fine. Picked up recently after a not so good period. Staff much better again now. We hope it will return to the very high service etc that it had been. We have been coming weekly from just after it first opened.

Really nice coffee and great date scones. Staff really friendly and work hard. I'm not happy with cutlery in buckets on tables. Children finger them and I had one that had been used and put back in bucket. Not hygienic!

Great coffee and cabinet selection but the cooked menu was mediocre at best. Served luke warm, undercooked tomato, hash browns not home made and had to ask for cutlery and serviettes. Sure they were busy at the time but that is really no excuse

Excellent cafe with hot drinks and plenty of savories (aka snacks) and cakes available. Service was really quick. Prices are really affordable. Good table service. Hygiene and well maintained. Cash and cards (debit and cc) accepted. Use the papamoa plaza parking spaces.
