My friend said "Meet you at Papamoa Plaza Robert Harris"
I said "OK." And kinda thought... *oh no.*
But...
I was surprised!
The cabinet was full of generous sized portions of savoury and sweet - nicely presented and for a fair price.
(In my past experience Robert Harris servings were notorious for being small and over priced.)
The lady on the till and making coffees was delightful. (Sorry I didn't get your name.)
Her serving staff also had positive interactions with all the (mostly elderly) customers - even if it is a gentle smile while swiftly delivering food or clearing tables - it all makes a difference.
All in all a delicious morning tea, service with smile and well priced.

H.Very nice little Cafe.... friendly staff and clean environment. The place was quiet at the time but the wait time wasn't to long. I bought 2 caramel frappes and they were absolutely delicious lots of flavour and blended well. Prices are a little steep but as to be expected from the a Cafe. All and all a very good experience and I would definitely come back in the future

S. V.Ok here we go... Service was good, priced perfectly and the breakfasts were amazing. Just what we needed to start the day.
T. T.Ordered the creamy mushrooms with a poached egg. Mushrooms were clumpy not creamy like they had been microwaved without being stirred and we're mildly warm. Egg was hard which was disappointing as it was an extra add on. Will come back just hope the service would be better despite being young and alone.
J. L.Stopped in for a coffee on sunday @ 10am on the 17th may. Shop was over crowded, staff looked confused didn't know what they where doing. Coffee was bland and teastless. Watched food orders sit on the service counter for a long time and the panini I had was flavorless and dry. Half the staff look grumpy and like they didn't want to be their. Only one happy and smiling was the lovely young lady on the counter think someone seid her name was Sam. Very lovely, happy and smiling was very pleasant to deal with. If the rest of the staff was like her I would be a wonderful little cafe.
C. C.Decent food but it did take a while to come out. But what really matters is the coffee; which was pretty good certainly wasn't amazing bit it wasn't offensive. Some of their food items could use a tweak on seasoning or things like too much onion on their bacon melt. But otherwise not a bad place and the staff are friendly, inviting and always cleaning.
T. D.We had breakfast there with Family. The eggs, bacon, omelette, muesli was very nice. Coffee was good. Also the Fluffy was well received. Service was quick and food well presented.
